This simple hex-hack/script edit expands the resolution options for the GOG version of Alien Shooter (the first one, bundled with its two expansions) and attempts to correctly align the in-game HUD for any option with some minor changes. Including the options available by default, the supported resolutions now list: 640×480, 800×600, 1024×768, 1280×720, 1280×800, 1280×960, 1280×1024, 1366×768, 1440×900, 1600×900, 1680×1050, 1920×1080. Also, this hack ditches couple of static HUD elements (top background bar for the score counter and inventory slots, and «Score:» label atop said counter) due to complications with alignment and scaling, and slightly speeds up fading transitions between menus.

Also, this hack ditches couple of static HUD elements (top background bar for the score counter and inventory slots, and «Score:» label atop said counter) due to complications with alignment and scaling. Fading transitions between menus are slightly sped up, and on higher resolutions camera scrolling doesn’t offset in crosshair’s direction, remaining centered on the player except at level maps’ borders.
To Non-GOG Users
Sorry, but this hack won’t be any good to you. The GOG version of Alien Shooter differs from other releases, including the Steam one(s).

An expanded version Alien Shooter 2: Vengeance, which featured the addition of few new levels, simplified role-playing system and a several minor changes. This version was created in order to make the game more suitable for shareware distribution (with the size of only 400 Mb). Voice-overs were, however, cut from this release (but still could be restored if the folder «speech» is moved into the game’s directory from the original Alien Shooter: Vengeance).

Сделал небольшой фикс для Steam версии игры Alien Shooter 1.
Он добавляет поддержку большинства популярных разрешений в игру.
Возможно добавление новых разрешений экрана под заказ если нужное вам не нашлось.

Установка: Скачать файл, и скопировать в корневую папку с игрой подтверждая замену.

Добавил пару фиксов в статусе беты для ZS1 и ZS2.
Установка: скопировать содержимое одного из архивов с заменой в папку с игрой.
Данные хотфиксы тестировались на лицензионной Steam версии с русской локализацией. На других версиях возможны проблемы, и я не гарантирую работу данных исправлений.

1. Скопировать все файлы мода в корневую папку с игрой.
2. Потвердить замену файлов.
3. Запускать игру через файл «Game.exe» или через Launcher чтобы выбрать другие параметры запуска.
Для счастливых обладателей редкой Steam-Версии «Alien Shooter Vengeance» необходимо переименовать файлы «Game.exe», «Game.cfg»
в «AlienShooter.exe» и «AlienShooter.cfg», и запускать игру напрямую через стим.
В папке Redist находятся все необходимые для игры\мода библиотеки DirectX, Net.Framework, Visual Studio.

Когда я запускаю игру то у меня после загрузки моргает вот это error in script file.Да у меня стим версия
Vengeance или Reloaded версия? Мод делался на базе оригинальной АШ2. Аддон не поддерживается. Игра запускалась через файл Game.exe?
Помогите пожалуйста, выбивает ошибку «Error in script file». Пытался запустить через Launcher и Game.exe. Ничего не помогает! Версия стим Reloaded.
NoJokes Мод не работает на Reloaded версии игры. Только стим версия Vengeance (которой уже нет в продаже) или золотое издание.
што делать если EROR
Нот ворк. Второй шутер, версия 1.1 Золотое издание. После анимации загрузки просто черный экран.
