Each Profile-Folder splits in two subfolder respectively for installation on system with standard Assetto Corsa launcher (AC Launcher) or Content Manager launcher (CM Launcher).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Dowload the archive, and then extract the content on your PC.
If using CM_DYNAMICLIGHT EDITION:
— drop the content of «CM_DL_EDITION/weather/» in the weather directory of Assetto Corsa (and overwrite if required)
If using the LEGACY EDITION:
choose the folder associated to the profile-folder (Quality/Balance/Performance) that fits best your PC, then:
If YOU HAVE Content Manager:
— copy the content of «CM_Launcher» folder into the «/assettocorsa/content/weather» directory of Assetto Corsa, and overwrtite. That’s it.
If DO NOT HAVE have Content Manager:
-copy the content «AC_Launcher» folder into the «/assettocorsa/» root directory and overwrite. That’s it.

HOW TO USE THE WEATHER MOD
CM_DYNAMICLIGHT EDITION
Select the weather profile, then select the time acceleration of your choice, and run. No there is no need to choose any time. The present scenarios will always start at sunset.

FAQ
What happens if I set a different time of day from the one suggested by the weather?
The mod will work, obviosuly, but the position of the Sun/Moon will change leading to visual inconsistences (in the best case) or just look bad.
What’s the difference in using the mod with the AC launcher and the CM launcher?
The best choice is CM; if you use the standard Assetto Corsa (AC) launcher you will need to manually select the PP filter and also you will not have stars in the sky. Also (but I’ve not tested it) you may have slightly worse performances in some sceneries, since with CM you will use the provided lightweight version of clouds.
Does this mod impact performances?
I did my best to optimize the mod. I experienced 0% perfomance drop compared to the vanilla game. In any case you have 3 options in terms of performance/quality settings. That being said, beware that some tracks (such as Daytona, Road Atlanta) are heavier than others and even the car you choose matters. So, if you feel the mod impacted the performances, ensure you are comparing apples with apples. Most likely it is not the mod, but the combination of track/car.
Is it safe to install?
100% safe. It does not interfere neither with the vanilla weathers or the GoodAndBad weathers.
How do I uninstall the mod?
Simply remove the directories/files you copied during the installation.
Can I install only a subset of the weathers?
Of course, they are mutually indipendent.
Why deleting previous release weather folders before upgrading?
The mod now includes some folder textures (which embed stars and are optimized for performance and visual appeal): if you install a new release without removing the previous weather folders, some of the old textures will remain there, leading to a non ideal visual result and most likely to worse performances. Note for those using AC_Launcher: there is no need to delete the PP filters files, they will be overwrittten.

Tarmac adjustments
Adjusted settings to make the most of daylights reflections, added another layer of wet stripes to make use of an alternate lucid/matte reflections
Dynamic Lights compatibility
The 2nd wet texture layer is designed especially to enhance the graphics in lowlight conditions such as dark reflexes or at night with lights on.
2- Remember to enable reflexes in the graphics settings at least with minimum refresh rate (static looks meh) and with medium reflection detail at least. Use Natural Mod or AC_Wet_Mod as post processing filter to harvest a little extra fps and looks.
3- Enable Smoke Generation if you want the car to spray water.
4-In game turn the dirt sound to 2 or 3.
Known Issues
– Find your correct graphics settings to run the mod: you’ll have to own a decent rig to run a full grid of cars with this mod on so experiment yourself.
– FWD grip really is an understeery nightmare. The mod has been designed for RWD cars.
– You might want to adjust the FFB levels in game in the Wet Tracks with + on the numpad to gain the lost torque.
– If you find the AI to be too strong try editing the ai_hints.ini in the data folder of the given track and lowering the values :

VALUE=0.71 (lower/higher value for weaker/stronger AI)

Bear in mind that I expect these videos to be redundant very quickly as the developers make improvements and updates to these apps and mods.
1. Set aside about 10 minutes of time.
2. Updated versions of Content Manager, Custom Shaders Patch and Sol. (links below)
Even though you’ve installed Sol and have selected the rain or thunderstorm weather type in Content Manager this does not automatically mean that you’ll see rain drops falling while driving in the sim. At least not at the time of making this video.
The installation of Sol and Content manager comes with some extra apps lets you control rain drop effect as well as windshield wipers.
To get the best experience out this I recommend that you follow these steps.
When the rain drops fall on your windshield then you want to activate your windshield wipers. Follow these steps to map a button on your controller to enable your wipers while in the car for that sweet sweet immersion.

Assetto Corsa Wet Mod
Proudly present you the AC Wet Mod, with custom particles (even online), custom water tarmac texture with reflexes and custom physics.
Installation
1- Via JGSM.exe, simply unrar the archive in the main AC folder (steamapps/common/assettocorsa/) then open JGSM.exe, select Wet Mod e press the right arrow to activate it. Remember to deactivate it before upgrading the mod to newer versions.
