This is certainly not normal. Can you check your log for errors? Log file is located in c:\Users\ \AppData\LocalLow\WarpFrog\BladeAndSorcery\Player.log. Look for lines which have «error» or «exception» in them, especially ones which are repeated many times.

I found this very often too :
(Filename: C:\buildslave\unity\build\Runtime/Scripting/ManagedReference/SerializableManagedRef.cpp Line: 199)
The referenced script (Unknown) on this Behaviour is missing!
Those ones are harmless. Annoyingly, there are messages like that which appear in the log even when everything is ok, so finding an actual cause of a problem like yours might be a bit hard.
Can you try searching for «exception», just to make sure there are no critical errors happening?
You can also try clearing up settings and saves, by deleting every file and folder in c:\Users\ \AppData\LocalLow\WarpFrog\ and c:\Users\ \Documents\My Games\BladeAndSorcery\
Not sure if that will help but at least you will rule out config issues.
