Sorry Beside the sandbox mode, there is no way to cheat.

There seems to be some protection (encrypt may be?) for unable find right values in Cheat Engine, or ArtMoney.
May be it could be, because it is created in Java, like wrote one of programmer and founder from CheatHappens, why is not possible request and create trainer for this game.
Fortunately there is option «advanced start» with e.g. 10B$ for new game. And points for unlock new theme are «DOUBLE» type on Cheat Engine. Well, you can unlock all theme at once.
In this case you can create your own console at once (1976). It will be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ performance, but people will buy it and compepitors will make their games for your console, too (because it will be between 6 the most popular consoles).

I know it. But when you change value for money, the game after unpaused will jump to huge negative value and you will bankrupt.
Well, in this case there are any «anti-cheat» protection. Change value only works for theme points for unlock new themes.

Based on your suggestions, version 1.2.0 contains a lot of unexpected changes.
One of them is the ability for competitors to pop up mid-game, thus enhancing the gameplay experience. There are also other minor changes, such as zooming in on the studio or the city map or the email notification animations.
I’ll keep it short, and talk about the most important changes
A specialist has arrived, Moss, always seeking for the latest technologies and mastering his subject perfectly, he will warn you as soon as a competitor attacks a game of yours. Of course it’s up to you to play and click furiously to protect your game.
Many people asked for it, and rightfully so. Being able to reattach a studio to a different project on demand. Let’s say you’ve started developing an indie game, but some new technology has just been released. Well, you can now re-assign your studio to work on your game engine! Once the game engine is ready, you can resume the game’ development.
The changelog is available at the bottom of this post. Concerning the future of City Game Studio, we are getting close to the end of the roadmap [github.com] since there are still a couple of major updates left (and maybe more, it remains to be seen).

I can not say it enough, many thanks for being here, for playing City Game Studio, I thought we would not reach more than 200 players when I write the first line of code. Yet today you are tens of thousands and it touches my heart.
You are so many to give me feedbacks and suggestions to improve City Game Studio. So I do my best to offer you the best game experience. You probably noticed a lot of mini updates during this week, so let’s talk about them in detail.
Spam emails have been revised, and a tooltip added to explain how to mark an email as spam. I believe this is long overdue.
When you start a new game, the game selects the easiest difficulty and leaves you free to take any difficulty. I was short sighted because if it’s your first game, it’s better to play on easy, then the higher difficulties become unlockable once you finish the game.
Also, the number of points required to complete a game is now indicated at the conception stage with a tooltip that explains how it is calculated.
For games that have already been released, the number of updates is now indicated as well as the date of the last update.
Console marketing panel has been redesigned to allow you to fine-tune marketing campaigns with a single click.
I will continue to work on City Game Studio to deliver the best possible gaming experience.

This Game is Frustrating. I love it!
Okay so to address the elephant in the reviews. This game has quite a few simulates to «Game Dev Tycoon» but that should not stop you trying the game out at least.
My reasons to play the game:
— The game offers a great challenge to the player.
— It shows Potential in growth with updates to the game.
— The game is quite user friendly for and information intensive game.
— It has everything «Game Dev Tycoon» has but more. (Note I love «Game Dev Tycoon» Alot and will continue to play the game.)
— It offers more room to play longer (Especially with the map size option and game speed option) I can see inspiration from Civilisation settings there.
— The sounds are great and rewarding to the ear.
— The pixel art editor for company logos is great and fun to play with.
— The fact you can create your own studio building for conventions and studio areas is great.
— Later in the Play through you can assign different studios to different projects and have multiple income streams.
The improvements i would add to the game:
— Have a more immersive tutorial, it was too easy to skip the tutorial on accident at times, and would prefer a more stand out way of being told what to do for my first play through.
— The character customisation is a lot similar to «Game Dev Tycoon’s» character creation. (I would add more options for the character) Via. Hats, Gaming Chair or chair customisation, Wrist Accessories. Anything that can maybe differentiate from «Game Dev Tycoon»
— The Music Was a bit loud on launch but that could just be my headset and personal Volumes. (So nothing important.)
— The games difficulty is awfully hard even at the lowest level, it is quite easy to go bankrupt even after a load of contracts that got me to 3 mil. (I would recommend the offers for payments to be lower in at least QA difficulty) I payed a console 1.9 mil on the first 5 years of my company was a bit insane to see.
There is a lot more to discover as i haven’t played long, but this is what I’ve came across so far and it is great.
Based on the features I’ve listed i hope it take your mind of the people that chose not to see the potential in the tycoon and try it properly.
