your mod is promising and has great potential mate. i hope you will continue your work and i will wait for version 4. i always liked the units in c&C4; and wished to see them in c&c3; but not modder did this in a proper way and then discontinued the mod. i think yours is the best till now i just wish to see this one finished.
1. I noticed that Crane and Outpost have 4 repair drones each. Repair range is not shown when selected.
2. Why Operation Center doesn’t have Quad Turrets upgrade?
3. Some Kane Wrath missions: Enemies didn’t come to attack my base as it used to be. AI seem doesn’t know how to use the new units.
Reduce micro-management by making buildings more useful. Suggestion:
1. Increase repairing range by 100% of any building which has repair drones.
2. Outpost’s drones can repair aircraft and structure as well. (NOD Evolution mod use Repair Tower to repair structure, Crossfire mod use Crane.) This is because I’m fed up of repairing structures each time enemies attack my base.
3. Add 2 repair drones on Refinery. (Crossfire mod)
4. Add repair drones on Disruption Tower. (NOD Evolution mod)
Others:
1. Tiberium silo generates 2 tiberium per second instead of Secret Shrine. (Tiberium Dusk mod)
2. Bigger storage for Refinery and Tiberium silo; 10,000 and 5,000 each respectively.
3. Use Barracks as a healing center instead of Armory for complete recovery. We may build multiple Barracks but certainly not multiple Armory.

Отсебятина:
Снятие ограничение на хранение тиберия для землян (собирайте сколько сможете, тиберий хранится где-то в необъятном варпе как и у пришельцев)
На мой взгляд это ещё больше уравняло все стороны конфликта.
Заменены некорректно локализованные названия некоторых войск, усовершенствований и спецсил.
Примеры: Мародёр стал Аватаром, Орудия Гаусса заменены Рельсотронами (рельсовые пушки) и т.д.
И наконец я добавил описание по количеству вырабатываемой электроэнергии с улучшениями и без.

Just a general fun mod, may not have much balance at time. But still it’s an RTS. So expecting balance in an RTS is like going into a flower store for milk.

im giving honest review here not a fanboy review, there are a lot of interesting and good changes and some bad tastes.
i will start with good ones:
1. new exclusive faction skin is nice touch.
2. great use of CNC4 units and nice unit variety in the mod.
3. unit line up for each factions feels right and nice
4. unique Epic unit for each factions is great!
now i will talk about bad «tastes»
1. Giving each faction its own skin is nice idea but some factions really feels out of place, for example Marked of kane skin (blue) doesn’t really match because
A. the blue reskin looks cheap and not detailed.
B. blue skin is good idea IF it was an cabal faction with only cyborgs as infantry and drones as vehicles, right now its just a blue nod which kinda feel like when ppl do cheap cosplays, also purple units for zocom. REALLY? PURPLE?! is it now hello kitty faction? purple units really need to be gone! if zocom have any faction color its teal.
2. new railgun sound is HORRIBLE! sry bro but TERRIBLE TASTE! it does remind me of alien’s guns in old scifi movies with phew phew sounds PLEASE return the old railgun sound!
3. some stuffs were used way too much in a faction for example the normal GDI have way too much railgun! and some of them doesn’t even make sense! like enforcers who carry heavy gatling guns and shoot railguns! they would looks WAY cooler if they could shoot rain of bullets!
4. bugs and alot of bugs i hope the modder fix them soon!
Final verdict:
i remove 2 points because of bad tastes and only 1 point because of bugs because author is active and i think he will fix them soon!
