Alright when you install HIP, make sure you don’t install the ARKOPack interface plugin. If you do install it though, it will ♥♥♥♥ up the interface and mess with the scaling because of the Bigger Interface mod.

I also would look for other mods on the forum as some do not make it to the steam workshop. Just make sure the mods are up to date so they cause no problems.

The Cheat mods are there for those who want to have crazy campaigns, making their characters gods, or basic debugging for some of the weird things that this game can do.

This is a sub-mod for bibliophile adding additional functionality. That being decisions which allow you to adopt, for your Primary Title, the heraldric arms associated with Battle Standards in your Treasury.

Some Customization Decisions Converted to Game Rules:
Game rule Ahistorical De Jure Empires replaces decisions Add Ahistorical Empires and Remove Ahistorical Empires.
Game rule Gender Equality replaces same-named customization decision.
A few others will likely be converted in the future.
Agnatic Succession is now the baseline default gender succession law rather than Agnatic-Cognatic Succession. The ERE (top empire title only) and titles with holders of the culture Occitan or the culture group Iberian after the year 1000 will still default to Agnatic-Cognatic succession, and any titles scripted via history to have particular gender succession laws will override these defaults.
The Invasion CB (such as that used by William the Conqueror in the 1066 bookmark) now sets the succession law of the target title to that of the attacker’s primary title upon success. E.g., if William wins his 1066 invasion, England will become Agnatic Gavelkind appropriately. Also, all new vassals of the attacker will be subjugated for 10 years (and thus unable to join factions against their new liege).
(Reaper DLC only) Adjusted the chances of symptoms turning into serious illnesses (healthy characters become seriously ill less often, weak characters more often), and adjusted the chances of some illnesses such as gout and cancer to be less common.
FIXES:
Missing Zaydi holy sites added and religion description updated to reflect non-heresy status.
Congenital trait inheritance from grandparents now more robust and properly reflects the traits of newborns’ real fathers, if different from their effective father.

This modpack requires two additional mods downloaded from online, links will be provided below. The current users of the modpack, use all DLCs, which can improve the experience of the game and will include a lot more in the game, especially with the modpacks.

This is a modification that makes the character portraits look better. It also allows you to edit the clothing of you and the people around you. I personally like the ability to edit your clothing in-game, so I use this over the built-in CPR+ mod in the HIP modpack. I use the manual download of BLG, but the Steam version should work just as well.

In this modpack you have modifications that do as the name suggests, it does it’s best to improve historical accuracy in Crusader Kings 2. When in the install wizard for HIP make sure to not download CPR+, as it conflicts with BLG, although if you would rather use CPR+, then skip the install for BLG.

The portuguese and galician in medieval ages were exactliy the same, even nowaredays there are mostly the same thing, bouth dialectal variants of the same language and culture. I know it because my mother tongue is Galician and I speak portuguese to. Please don’t do two different cultures from one.

Even for the game mechanics is worst because during the middle ages bouth parts of galician-portugueses have an important relationships, same houses, and most important, during the latte medieval ages most of Galician lords helped portugal fighting agains castille and France during 100 years wars, and always the portuguese kings and lords help the galician revolts and wars against the Spanish/Castilian.
And however more important the galician-portuguese (medieval galician) was one of the most popular languages in cultural issues in all europe, and maybe the most speaked in the christian peninsula, so is really a pitty and a big wrong decision make two different cultures in the place of one consolidated, popular and well knowed culture and language.

You do have a point. I’ll consider making an unified Galician-Portuguese culture on my next version, with the possibility of diverging the same way it happens with Norse culture.

Больше культур.
Восстания вассалов теперь опаснее для страны, так как один мятеж может вызвать цепную реакцию по всей стране.
Сложнее поднимать авторитет короны, но это дает больше бонусов.
Переделаны законы наследования, теперь и не-баскам можно ввести равноправное наследование. Теперь для смены систему наследования требуется меньше авторитета короны.
Переделана система набора ополчений, урезаны военные ресурсы больших стран со слабым авторитетом короны (такие как Франция и СРИ).
Больше целей.
При смешанном и равноправном наследовании женщины могут занимать больше позиций в придворном совете.
Множество других нововведений в целях баланса.
