UPDATE: I am aware that the new update has broken this mod. I do not have the time, patience, or knowledge to fix it. So I wont. if someone figures out what to do, let me know and i might get around to it. I also give full permission to anyone who wishes to take it and fix it themselves.
This will be my collection of tattoo mods. From now on will only be uploading 4k textures. Eventually I will go back and convert the original 2 tattoos to 4k, but for now they will remain as is.
Body Tattoos

3. Satanic themed tattoos for all you evil doers out there. (4k only)

5. Tattoo #2 without chest and stomach. will not be adding pictures. (4k)
6. Another collection of black and white tattoos (4k) there is a glitch with the muscular body mod on the shins. not sure if it is affected by the other body mods. male and female

2. Moth neck (4k) replaces face tattoo 09
3 Street kid themed (4k) replaces tattoo 11
All body tattoos replace tattoo 01.
More will be added later.

Some quick edits to simplify some of the face tattoos as I found I liked the style of them but some of them were a bit too much for the style of V I prefer. The tattoos I have edited have removed the scalp portion of the tattoos and some of the part that shows up on V’s face (most of the neck tattoos remain the same). They work for both male and female, only the «Corpo» blackout tattoo has to be split between masculine and female faces as they have separate textures so make sure you download the right version for your V. I did darken the Valentino tattoo & tattoo 7 (stars) a bit so they show up better on darker skin tones.
I named the tattoos based on what they are named in the game files not by the in game tattoo #, see attached chart for the vanilla tattoos and the reference #/name to download.
Open for suggestions but please note that with how mapping of the tattoos works I may not be able to make the changes you request.
Install via a mod manager or copy and paste or drag into your Cyberpunk 2077 folder.
PATCH 1.2 HAS CHANGED WHERE MODS ARE INSTALLED. PLEASE MANUALLY MOVE YOUR MODS TO: Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/mod OR rename your patch folder to mod.

DIY Custom Tattoo Layout Templates
Resource Images
* Each image is labeled with the corresponding value from the file name found in the game archives.
* Body tattoos have the same value number in CC as the files.
* Face tattoo game file names DO NOT match CC values so I labeled each image with both.
EXAMPLE:
Image Name: FaceTat 01 (07cc)
Original File Name: head_tattoo__customisation_01
CC Option: #07

Delete the .archive added by THIS MOD from mod folder. (path above)

I decided to share some of the tattoo designs I’ve been working on for female V
Blue Flowers Set: replaces body tattoo 2cc (female only) and replaces face tattoo 10cc
Flower Bomb Tattoo Set: replaces body tattoo 1cc (female only), r eplaces face tattoo 10cc and female V default arm texture
Neon Witch Set: replaces body tattoo 5cc and replaces face tattoo 2cc
Neon Witch Neck Tattoo (one side neck only): replaces face tattoo 10cc
Circuit: replaces body tattoo 3cc (female only)
Gold: replaces body tattoo 2cc (female only)
