my skins look really weird.
um I have made a skin from using your one and using other things but I’m only using it for myself, is that okay with you? http://prntscr.com/fdxs2d
However some problems have propped up:
1. People have started using my skin and keep thinking I’m the original creator. I have tried crediting you; I haven’t uploaded it for obvious reasons.
2.People have started sharing my skin by using skinstealer and lots of people are complimenting me, and not you which makes me feel uncomfortable. I’ve given them links in Minecraft but most people ignore that your the original creator.
3. Lots of people have started asking me if I could upload it and I have never intentionally wanted it uploaded.
I’m not going to upload it without certain permission from you because my friends have used skinstealer to get it from my skin onto theirs.
I didn’t upload it or nada but by doing that I can’t really stop them, I have however asked them to stop because I know this is your skin and not mine and that I’ve basically just taken the eyes and hair,skirt and heels.
Basically a majority of the skin I’ve taken to use it for myself in private use (I was going to use it for an RP, not meaning for people to start taking it and claiming it theirs).
^^ They’re actually not ‘uploading’ the skins.
I think the situation has actually got worse. Now, its not just my friends but one of my so-thought friend has leaked it out how they can steal the skin without getting in trouble.
People on this private server basically did this:
1. Searched up MY username on these ‘skin stealer’ websites.
2. Copied the link to these websites and gave them to other people to use.
3. Put the skin on, and is walking around claiming its theirs when its clearly not.
4. Other people are doing this.
As you see, I won’t upload the skin and I didn’t. But by doing this, they can easily steal skins, claim its theirs and walk around freely claiming it theirs.As I know them on various servers, I’ve tried ‘hunting’ them and private messaging them to stop doing it. They now ignore me and carry on. I have said to admins but they say its not up to them.
This is actually quite worrying ‘__’ because this method could spread and its another way of stealing skins. *sigh*
Maybe we should carry on in PM because I think they found my comment and that’s boosted them to do it even more :L

Возможно, многие из вас уже слышали о том, что происходит сейчас в Инстаграм-среде фендома. В частности о фан-аккаунтах, постящих на своей стене контент, представляющий собой не только грубое нарушение правил данной соц.сети, но и служащий сильным триггером для людей с неустойчивой психикой (да и не только)
На страницах с припиской «gentle.» перед ником и не только вы можете обнаружить такой неподобающий контент, как (См.скрин 1):

+ тр*пы животных
+ м*ртвых людей

Наверняка, ежели люди из ру-коммьюнити, то у них есть аккаунты во «ВКонтакте». Большинство из них – фейки, но страна же должна хоть чуть-чуть знать своих «героев»?
В данной ситуации мы не бессильны. Мы можем справится с ними и добиться их бана, кидая на их аккаунты жалобы с соответствующими претензиями.
Только с вашей помощью мы сможем очистить русский фендом от таких личностей, как «gentle.selestia» и «gentle.kotoko» (Который и начал это движение на просторах зарубежного фендома)!
Пожалуйста, распространяйте эту информацию везде, где можно – ТикТок, Инстаграм, ВК, Твиттер – с хештегами #stopgentle, #gentleуходитеизронпы и тп.
