Does the datapack give you items(usually forks, spoons, chopsticks, plates and blocks) each 5 seconds without any your action?
This is not a new problem, and ArrowsOfDoom found the cause: there’s something (a datapack or a plugin) which unlocks all the recipes. Probably a feature of vanilla tweaks. Remove it and you will not have problems anymore. 
13 Update Logs
One year ago, April 20th, my great grandmother Lilly died.
I was supposed to publish the update tomorrow, but I chose to do it today.
In this update you’ll also find the «Scighilone», one of the dishes she was used to make. (It’s pasta)
Probably it has another name, but we always called this way.
You will find all the foods I promised you, from ice cream, white chocolate cake, energy bar to loaded potato and candy canes.
🙂 we must not postpone things, because time is not infinite.

Lots More Food [Datapack Edition]
Ever thought that Minecraft needed more food? Then this is your pack! This pack adds more than 200+ Foods. Use to replenish those health and hunger points. Make sure to download the resource pack too.
Development of this edition of Lot’s More Food has been halted. This is because the recipe API that it requires (LPS Rcore API) is going through major improvements. but until then feel free to use the other editions of this mod.
How to Get The Food:
Creative
Craft a custom crafting table by renaming a crafting table to «Custom Crafting Table» (must have API installed) Craft a recipe book table too see the recipes in-game, Note: that not all recipes are added to the recipe book table. Use the More Plants data pack to get veggies and fruits.
Recipe Documents (All other langs besides English have been translated using Google Translate)

A. Currently, we are making a server plugin that will be advisable to all servers!
Q. What do I do if I found an issue?
A. If you found an issue the best thing you can do is submit it through our bug tracker
Q. How to get the fruits/veggies?
A. To get the fruits and veggies you need to install MorePlants data pack, You don’t need the auto spawn (world generation) on to get the items. You can just use a wandering trader.
Q. Do I need the resource pack?
A. Yes, The resource pack is required for the data pack to work.
Q. How do I install Lot’s More Food?
