No Limit Mod: SoulStorm 1.0.0

Installation: Extract the No_Limit_Mod.rar file to your Dawn of War: Soulstorm directory, and select the mod in the Game Manager. Then the Game will rebot to No Limit Mod.

Uninstallation: Remove No_Limit_Mod folder and module (and README if you extracted it to) from your Dawn of War: Soulstorm directory.

Changes: Every unit in the hole game does not use any Squad-/Vehiclecap. The Squad- and Vehiclecap is changed to 0 for every Race. Hardcaps are also gone. Many small changes to make the mod a bit more balanced, like that the avatar does not speed up the production speed (before, you could build a FP in 0 sec).

Dawn of War mod | Released 2008

This is a mod for Dawn of war: Dark Crusade/Dawn of War: Soulstorm (Dawn of War Orginal/and Dark Crusade is needed). What this mod does is just as the name says: Deletes all limits. You can build how many as you want of any unit/building. I think there is still some small bugs but I think you can live with them. The Squad- and Vehiclecap is changed to 0, but all units required cap is also changed to 0. So this mod make that you can build unlimited amounts of units, as long as the map is big enough (hehe). But I have to warn you: you may experience heavy lag when playing this mod, so a tip, set your graphics at low, so your chance to experience lag is smaller. This mod also does that you don’t need any complicated tactics, it’s just to build units and attack. Well, hope you find this mod fun anyway.

How to get movies back into the mod

It is simple. Go to your Soulstorm folder, «DPX2» folder, copy «Movies» folder, go back to soulstorm folder and go to «Ultra_No_Limit_Mod» folder. Paste «Movies» there. Fixed. If you have any problems, please contact me. Comment with your thoughts. Leave a good review, it helps a lot. Thanks!

I not Sure If this is A Bug?But,While Going In A StrongHold Battle,The resources always starts at 1k and 500 Power,A Bug?Or Glitch?

Downloaded it, installed it, in the hopes of eliminating the » failed to create dump file 183″ message i got from the other unlimited mod i had installed.

Discovered warp spiders have their limit still.

Only things i didn’t like were the warp spiders and the resources at the beginning. Keep up the good work.

So, an update. I’m in progress on a 1.0 release of the mod. Ive made all squads fully reinforced on creation. I also reworked the infinite resources so that the HQ generates resources at a high high rate. I do have a question, to all those who would listen: I’ve noticed two types of «resources». Regular (requisition, power) and faction mechanic (ORK RESOURCE, time, faith, souls). Should those faction mechanic resources be infinite? I ask this because in a game against orks it is very hard to win because they start with a high ork resource and can rush like never before. Vote as a response to this post.

I think you should, it would be a nice challenge. We could always just avoid Orks if that’s the case 🙂

I would be exaggerated if a 1.0 would come out, the mechanic resources also make infinity: D You have there as I find then still a bigger challenge when you fight against Orks ^ ^
When would the 1.0 get out? 🙂

Well guys now I have a computer. Does anyone still use this mod/game? If so, I’d love to start back up where I left off tweaking it based off of everyone’s advice. Reply to this if you want me to continue work.
