Same as my Alistair and Zevran mod. This is my Sten version. I have given him different morphs to show the passing of time during game play.

I imagine he’s rather sickly after the emotional and physical trauma he has gone through so I made him look pale and unwell for when you meet him in Lothering. As time passes he regains his horns and coloring and his hair/beard changes.

All Credit goes to tmp7704 for the work extracting and reworking the DA2 files. All I have done
is make slight modification, rename and repackage the mor. files.

Place (ONLY ONE) mor. file in your:

(My Documents, BioWare, Dragon Age, packages, core, override)

Some models that I converted from Dragon Age II and imported to use in Origins.

Very Important requirement:
First thing first, download and install tmp7704’s Kossith Race mod.

LATEST UPDATE
_There will be a chest spawned inside the revered mother’s room in Lothering Chantry. Take the items from that chest.

_For those who already made it out of Lothering and can’t go back there, type runscript kossith_armory in the console to retrieve the items. (Download the Missing_Script first)

_The vfx-effect issues has been fixed.

Commander Uniform (armor)
Commander Knee Protectors (Boots)
Commander Armguards (Gloves)
Commander Mask (Helmet)
Sten Uniform (clothing)
Asala (long sword)
Spear (long sword)

Sten Sword:
Note that it does not override the original Asala. This is an entirely new weapon. And it’s not a great sword, it is a long sword. So, you can equip two of them on Sten if he has the «dual wielding» skill. You can still have the original Asala (Great Sword) if you give Sten the gift.

RECOMMENDED MOD:

This mod have the option to disable the vfx effect.

Description:
This was made to give Sten more consistency with his various appearances, and uses all of them as inspiration.
The intent was to give him a unique look that closer matched Those Who Speak, Heroes of Dragon Age,
and Sacred Ashes; and still worked with the Qunari update.
The DA2 Qunari head was used as a base and then remodeled using Blender; that being said this was as good as I could get it. 🙂

Known Issues:
Low level of detail (lod 2) meshes aren’t adjusted to match the changes to overall body shape.
Since lod 2 meshes are used for distant characters, the effect shouldn’t be very noticeable in regular circumstances.
Some helmets may result in clipping.
Mage hoods will not display.
