Graygarden; I’ve built a few settlements using the freeway (Finch farm and Zimonja being the others)This was the
first as it was easily accessible before I had expanded border mods installed and fitted perfectly with the
landscape. This build features plenty of beds, resources, defences and manufacturing (Heavy weapons, ammo, Far harbor
ammo)
I build these settlements for my own amusement. I’m not big on clutter, I just want to get my settlement as full as
possible and make sure there are enough amenities. If I have to go and help the settlement fend off the three
raiders that they can’t deal with, the defences pretty much ensure they are shredded by the time I get there.
There
is plenty of space to personalise the settlement to one’s own taste.
I don’t and won’t do requests. I have placed these files here for anyone who might deem them useful.
Method; I use transfer settlements to drop everything into place and either scrap everything that sticks up or enter
«Disable» and «Markfordelete» anything that won’t scrap using scrap everything.

HOW TO INSTALL
Extract the contents of the rar file to your Fallout4/data folder.
Enable ModdableGreygarden.esp (YES I misspelled it the first time :(( ) using a mod manager or manually.
Ensure these lines appear in either your Fallout4Prefs.ini or Fallout4Custom.ini:

COMPATIBILITY
Needs Fallout 4 Automatron DLC.
HOW TO USE IN THE GAME
There’s not much to do really. Install it, start the game, and if you have Graygarden as a settlement you can mod all Mr. Handy robots in the Robot Workbench like any other Automatrons. Just change the mods designated as «Non-Automatron» and you’re golden.

Greygarden for robots
Scrap everything and use disable console comand on the greenhouse planter tables. On the overpass scrap all u can and then use disable on everything u cant and use disable on the ground trash so that its all mainly flat otherwise u will get the trash show up through the bunker and factory
U will need this Finch and Graygarden Overpass Lifts for the lifts
Then Increase build limit from workbench(see recomended mod) i would do it to 8 plus

There are no beds for settlers only bunkbed in bunker this is a build only for robots and a house with everything u will need There is a space in the workshop for u to add another workbench like armour keywords workbench
Greygarden is walled all the way round
The planters are fresh corn,fresh carrots,fresh melons good for survival
There is some glowing mushroom planters,good for making antibiotics
I dont care about endorsements. i used these builds in my own game and just thought i would share them in case anybody else would find them useful. i didnt build them for anybody but myself. all i ask of anybody who uses my builds is that they endorse the mods that they use in my settlements. honestly i would of been happy with 1 endorsement and 100 downloads.
