Welcome To B.R.O. 2
BRO has been designed from the ground up to fully re-imagine how the mod can be played. This time around in the light of Fallout 76, I felt it was necessary to bring you a new experience but still bound by the simple structure of the first mod.
*this mod is primarily for XBOX and PS4 users due to its simple nature of value edits and loot.* If you are looking for a more advanced experience there are many survival mods that exist today. **
I made this mod because this is how I want to play. Please do not compare my mod to other mods or complain. Positive and Constructive feedback is very appreciated. Thank you!

This mod overhauls all of Fallout 4’s Weapons, Armor, Factions, Leveling, HP, Perks, Creatures, Loot, and so much more.
Weapons:
Now all weapons are deadly!! Every weapon has been overhauled. Weapons now do the correct damage type! I couldn’t believe when I started this mod that weapons like «The Flamer» (a gun that shoots fire) didn’t even do Fire damage!? How? Why? I FIXED THAT.
Creatures of the Commonwealth have special buffs to make for fun gameplay! Ghouls are stupid and now they will attack anything on sight, even themselves..
Factions:
Now factions have special abilities and perks! The institute has advanced technology and armor you will want to get your hands on. BOS power-armor has been modified to absorb energy shots. Factions now have new allies. The Railroad is friendly with all synths now and even the institute! The BOS is friendly with the Gunners!
Clothing&Armor:
these items have been overhauled as a part of the loot system update. Clothing now spawns on a person dynamically all items are Unleveled
Loot:
«Dynamic Loot Evolved» (DLE) Brings you a new system to ensure maximum lootage. Actually this is how the loot works but first this was how it use to work:
Caps&Vendors:
Now vendors have a lot of caps! making it easy to sell all the loot you find! Caps have been modified. Find a decent amount of caps on a body or in a register. This is something that always bothered me «why is there only 5 caps on a person that lives in diamond city?» I FIXED THAT.
Perks : Are all overhauled! *LoneWanderer Perk Broken*

BRO has been designed to make the commonwealth deadlier than ever! Experience Fallout 4 in a whole new way. See your player become more and more powerful as you upgrade your weapons and perks, the game actually changes. There is so much to this mod I had to make a list of some of the changes that make this game awesome!
This mod overhauls all of Fallout 4’s Weapons, Armor, Factions, Leveling, HP, Perks, Creatures, Loot, and so much more.
Weapons:
Now all weapons are deadly!! Every weapon has been overhauled. Weapons now do the correct damage type! I couldn’t believe when I started this mod that weapons like «The Flamer» (a gun that shoots fire) didn’t even do Fire damage!? How? Why? I FIXED THAT.
Weapon Damage:
Guns do 200-1800+ Damage. This does not mean you will «one-shot» everything No more bullet sponges!!
Weapon Upgrades:
Upgrade your weapons to change gameplay. At first the game may seem difficult. Once you start to upgrade your weapons you truly are a force to be reckoned with. YEET.
NPC’s:

* Теперь каждая пуля имеет уникальные характеристики (вес, диаметр, скорость). Для определения характеристик различных типов боеприпасов, я собрал результаты от их реальных прототипов и адаптировал их в разных вариантах.
* В стандартной версии этого мода (по умолчанию), скорость пули имеет реальную скорость. Эта скорость также влияет на силу воздействия на объекты с физикой Havok.

FAQ:
Вопрос: Я не вижу свечения от пуль, почему?
Ответ: Вы должны включить опцию «Блики» в расширенных настройках игры. 
Вопрос: Враги не могут попасть в меня, почему?
Ответ: Ничего не изменилось относительно точности выстрелов. Вы просто видите пули которые пролетают мимо вас, это промахи. Если вы не верите мне, проверьте точность стрельбы противника без этого мода и вы увидите, что все будет точно так же.
Вопрос: Будут ли эти эффекты иметь заметное влияние на производительность?
Ответ: Я не заметил каких-либо падений производительности.
Требования:
Fallout 4 или
Fallout 4 + Far Harbor + Нука-World
Установка: (можно вручную или через NMM менеджер). Установка через NMM на русском.
1. Для автоматической установки мода, используйте мод менеджер NMM.
2. Если вы хотите установить мод вручную, скачайте архив и поместите нужные варианты в папку «Data» в игре. (описание всех модулей в архиве читайте выше).

Weapons of Fate is a mod that makes bullets behave in a more interesting and realistic manner.
Each bullet has unique characteristics that are combined to determine the trajectory that the bullet will follow.
Also, bullets no longer dissapear after a certain distance, instead losing in altitude until their point of impact.
This mod does not have any known dependencies other than the base game.

Weapons of Fate is a mod that makes bullets behave in a more interesting and realistic manner.
In Vanilla Fallout, the bullets fire in a perfectly straight trajectory and instantly arrive at their point of impact.
Now, each bullet has unique characteristics (weight, diameter, speed).
To define the characteristics of the different ammo types, I’ve gathered results from their real life counterparts and adapted them so that they look identical in-game. The new velocity also affects the strength of impact on objects with Havok physics that are hit.
Aside from these changes, I’ve also added (optional) visual effects to the bullets to increase their impact in VATS and action scenes.
In addition, this mod fixes a well known issue. Bullets no longer dissapear after a certain distance, instead losing in altitude until their point of impact.
When developing this mod, I was inspired by the ballistics system of the excellent S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series and wanted to get as close to that as possible.
When installing, you may choose to customize the mod to your liking.
Here is the list of currently available options :

No other mods are required.
If you use mods that modify weapon upgrades, I recommend placing Weapons of Fate before these other mods in your load order so that those mods take precedence.
This mod was created with the Creation Kit.
Automatic Installation:
To install the mod automatically, use the mod manager of your choosing.
Manual Installation:
1. Download the latest recommanded version the mod.
2. Open the archive using 7zip or Winrar.
3. Place the files you need in your «Data» folder.
(Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data)
4. Launch the game and enable the Weapons of Fate mod.
Question: I can’t see the bullets Lens Flare, why?
Answer: You have to enable «Lens Flare» in the advanced settings of the game launcher.
Question: Is this mod compatible with other mods that add new weapons?
Answer: Anything that uses vanilla ammo calibers is fully compatible with WOF.
Question: Does this also affect energy weapons?
Answer: For now, only modern weapons are affected. Maybe i could work on it later though.
Question: Enemies can’t hit me, why?
Answer: Nothing has changed concerning shot accuracy. You are simply seeing the missed projectiles fly past you.
If you don’t believe me, test the enemy accuracy without this mod and you will see that it is exactly the same (except you are unaware you’re being shot at, as the shots are hitscan).
Question: Will this have a noticeable impact on performance?
Answer: I haven’t noticed any performance drop on my side. I’m sure you won’t notice any either.
Question: Each time I try to launch my game with this mod enabled, it crashes right before the main menu. What should I do?
Answer: This mod was designed to use strings files (the official localization system used by Bethesda’s plug-ins). If the strings files for your language cannot be found by the game, it won’t let you access the main menu. Three things can cause this:
1. The ba2 archive of the mod does not exist or could not be loaded.
2. The strings files of the mod already exist in the «Data\Strings» folder but are not those of the latest version of the mod. It is therefore necessary to delete all strings files bearing the name of the mod.
3. The strings files of your language have not been created (unlikely).

A Brief Overview of this Mod:
YOU NEED ABILITY TO ADD Legendary EFFECTS TO WEAPONS FOR the Sweet Tracers
1. Changes ballistic impact data depending on pistol caliber and rifle caliber and 20mm vulcan cannon for water impacts, dirt impacts, wood impacts, glass impacts and concrete impacts
2.Gives «realistic» velocity and bullet drop data for pistol, rifle and 20mm
3.Adds subtle tracers to all caliber bullets by default with variations by rifle caliber, suppressed rifle caliber, pistol caliber, suppressed pistol caliber, shotgun pellets and suppressed pellets unless you choose Alternate tracer file which there are no tracers for default projectile
4.Adds sweet tracers with special effects at the workbench in multiple different colors, calibers and effects and the colors are: America, realistic, red, green, blue, orange, purple, pink, yellow, white, teal
5.Changes the vertibird to shoot 20mm tracer rounds that are slightly more powerful with devastating impacts and allows zoom by 2.25x which allows for higher fps when firing and seeing the enemies on the ground
6.Added muzzle effects specifically for this mod
7.Added Dragons Breath projectile for shotguns or any other gun
8.Added Energy effects for laser and plasma impacts as well as added a plasma arc projectile
