Firstly I am not an artist and the credit for the artwork involved goes to alpiden on CGTrader for the Crossbow. gyjh4862 for the bolts and sounds from the fantastic LString mod. TrickyVein for the hook part of the winch attachment from the great Crossbow’s of the Commonwealth mod. Antistar for the Nydar sight from the awesome Thompson SMG Replacer.

Features
So as you can see fairly basic mod list and nothing too crazy. That is planned as I wanted to add something a little different so kept it simple. You have a choice of 3 bolts and you can change these at any time by pressing reload twice. There is an option in the MCM in case anything goes wrong with the script which is worth keeping in mind. If this all works nicely at a later date I may update and add some more bolts in.
The other feature is that you can have a sighted reload. This doubled the reload animations for the mod but does make it a good experience in my opinion. It does this exactly how LString does by having the ammo capacity set to 0.
Requirements
F4SE is required for this mod and the F4SE team do an amazing job. I don’t know why you wouldn’t use it.

— Зеркальное отображение текстур, оптимизировать затенение PBR.
— Улучшить требования компонентов и перков для крафта.

1. Берем BowAndArrow.esp, materials, meshes, textures и кидаем в папку Data в игре.
2. Как устанавливать моды и что делать в ini файлах читаем в теме NMM менеджер

This is a lite version of the great mod Fallout Loot overhaul. It keeps the loot scarcity but doesn’t include changes to the NPCs and Vendors. This mod is a standalone, you don’t need the original.

Fallout Loot overhaul is a fantastic mod, one that will change your game experience entirely without taking the «Fallout feel» from the gameplay. The mod makes loot way scarce, so you wont be swimming in stimpaks by level 20, instead, you’ll actually need to buy them or craft, or simple try to take less damage.
Fallout loot overhaul (LITE) is a simple mod made on Fo4edit that removes some changes made by Fallout Loot overhaul. I did the changes for my game and just wanted to share it, since the author permits it.
Modification permission:
You are allowed to modify my files and release bug fixes or improve on the features without permission from or credit to me.
Change 1: No excessive melee enemies:
What bugs me about Fallout Loot Overhaul is the prominence of melee NPCs, in order to reduce the amount of ammo in game (and also to make it more realistic) most NPC resolve to melee weapons, which can make the game a little «easier» or just boring, so I removed these changes. The chance of a NPC spawn with either ballistic or melee weapon is back to vanilla setting.
Change 2: No poor vendors
Fallout loot overhaul make vendors have less caps and take more time to reset it’s inventory. Lite version removes that.
Change 3: Slightly better scrounger
The original mod make so that each rank of scrounger increase the amount of ammo you’ll find by +1, the lite version increase the ammount of commnly automatic ammo (like 5mm or 5.56), by +2 or +3.
Change 4: Less Antiseptic and Antibiotics
In my experience, the original mod gives you too much of those, so you never run out of them. I did further reduce the chance for them to spawn in med boxes.
Change 6: (optional) No changes to cell blocks
This esp is optional and leave world spaces and cells untouched. It’s the most compatible version.
All laying loot on the world and interiors are left untouched.
