Small, quick mod. Replaces Sanctuary bridge with repaired/pre-war version AND offers alternate textures (by hEjEsTeRoFeViL).

You don’t need permission from me for this. It hardly even qualifies as my own work. This is used with open permissions from NovaCoru and full access/use permission from Jester. If you really want to use assets from this mod elsewhere, those permissions aren’t mine to grant.

Apologies. Life has prevented me from gaming and modding for almost a year now and that is likely to remain the case. Because of that, I’m providing
carte blanche permission for any modder to use any resources from my
mods for their own creations. Just provide credit and a link to the original mod. Regarding permissions, most of my mods are extensions of work done by others. You will need their permission to use any assets in my mods that were originally created by others. Enjoy, and keep the modding love alive.
Can I fix that crap bridge? Yes.
Can I fix those poor vanilla bridge textures? Yes.
Install Instructions
Install, preferably using NMM (or other mod manager) so if it doesn’t work for you or you hate it or anything else
goes wrong, it is easier to undo.
While they are not required for this mod to work, if you like what my mod does, you should go over and endorse the original mods by NovaCoru & Jester.
Like Nova’s original Repaired Sanctuary Bridge Mod, you will need the to add «bUseCombinedObjects=0» to your Fallout4.ini file (under General).
Without this line in your Fallout4.ini the repaired bridge doesn’t seem to show up. Please check the comments thread at Nova’s Repaired Sanctuary Bridge mod for details and potential problems related to adding this line (I don’t want to duplicate that discussion thread here).
**FYI, I DON’T have this line im my Fallout4.ini.* WHY?
I use the mod Spring Cleaning, which separates the meshes in the Sanctuary settlement, negating the need for the ini edit (thanks to Nexus user Lateralis for pointing this out in Nova’s comments posts).
I love Spring Cleaning personally, but you can go either way. Without that mod you will need the to add «bUseCombinedObjects=0» to your Fallout4.ini file.
Don’t trust me? Try it out. Wouldn’t it suck if I was suddenly wrong here? I’d laugh, but I’m not sure others would.
Why post this? There are other mods that do similar things and might do them better.
This is true, but people are still asking for this type of combination in the various comments on other bridge mods.

ПОДРОБНЕЕ:
* Красивый изогнутый каменный мост, вместо старого деревянного. И изменяется только мост!
* На нём можно строить и размещать объекты до предела зоны строительства (включая боковые башни и под мостом на наземной опоре).
* Исправлены Navmesh пути для перемещения НПС, которые адаптируются к новой форме.
* Нетронутый пейзаж на стороне Сэнкчуари, что делает его совместимым практически с любым другим модом.
* Металлические концы моста хорошо видны, что делает его более красивым.
ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:
Fallout 4 последней версии 1.10.162 или 163 и выше (не ниже)
DLC Nuka World (только для версии 2.0)
СОВМЕСТИМОСТЬ:

OK I know there are so many Sanctuary Bridge repairs, redo’s, overhauls bla bla bla. Well the one thing I find is that most of the time if you scrap all you have some strange hole in the ground or bridge where you can see through it. Well this mod fixes that and more.
Version 1.2
Ok so what have I done.
I have updated the Nav Mesh so no more walking in the air in certain spots on the bridge. Didn’t happen often but still needed fixed.
I also changed the level of the road at the entrance of the bridge because some NPC where having some issues getting stuck just as they entered the bridge this should fix that.
Version 1.1 Update only cleans the mod with FO4Edit so if your not having any issues no need to update.
What you get:
A sexy Sanctuary Bridge
A useable bed under the bridge if you just want to take a nap for two with dog-meat too.
Retaining walls redone
Terrain fixed to work with the new bridge so if you scrap no invisible bridge parts.
Correct Nav-Mesh on the bridge
Dead drifter still on the road so you can gear up in that O-So cool drifter outfit
Build collision on the bridge all the way to the edge of the build zone
I think that’s all or is it?
If you have any problems let me know, but I have tested this mod for about 3 weeks now and I, like all others, use many, many, many, Sanctuary MOD’s.

Translations available on the Nexus
Version 1.3 adds new, more wasteland-appropriate textures to repaired houses. It also fixes an issue where houses might not register as repairable.
Sanctuary’s settlers don’t seem to be making much progress on fixing those houses. If you want a job done right, do it yourself!
I highly recommend using debris-removal mods like Spring Cleaning, since skeletons and trash piles tend to bring down real estate values.

Technical Details and Known Issues
Please be aware that this mod’s startup script deletes the original houses and spawns replacements. Uninstalling it will permanently remove them. This is an unfortunate necessity in order to prevent the infamous Cell Reset Bug. Until Bethesda patches this issue, this is the only way mods like this can work.
Since pre-War interiors don’t exist for the neighbors’ houses, the models had to be cobbled together from multiple existing nifs. Inner walls will still have some holes, but at least they’re clean now! Other consequences include a few un-removable loose or bent panels on exterior walls. One house in particular has an odd inconsistency in number of doors between pre- and post-War models.
Even after the houses are fixed, some settlers might keep hammering. They’re kind of stupid that way.

ANOTHER SANCTUARY BRIDGE
This is one more bridge. but a little better in my opinion. I have tried almost all the mods of this bridge and I found some very good ones that inspired me to make this mod. Some are repaired but I don’t like the textures, others have good textures but they are not repaired and I hate to see the bridge destroyed and not being able to repair it! So I decided to make my own.
FEATURES
— It is not totally necessary but highly recommended to use Place Everywhere mod to place the objects in the exact desired position (it’s a must have IMO)
— If you have a problem with some other mod that edit the same cells as this one please put my mod below.
IMPORTANT: To install a new version of the mod, follow the steps below:
Uninstall the previous version
Load saved game (it will warn you that the mod is no longer installed)
Save the game
Exit game
Install the new version
In requirements all the DLC are marked because when creating the mod I loaded them all but I do not think they are necessary since the bridge is created with the assets of the base game. Anyway at this point I suppose that everyone already has all the DLC’s of the game.
Master files dependencies have been cleaned up from version 1.2 onwards. Only the Nuka World DLC is required for version 2.0
New metallic bridge for those who want to change the landscape a bit.
Needs Nuka World DLC
INCOMPATIBILITY
— Any other mod that makes changes to the bridge.
— I have tested the mod with Scrap Everything and I did not find any problem in the way that I do not think that have problems with mods of that type.
