BULLET TIME
TRY IT IN GAME TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE IT MAKES
enjoy your fights and have fun.
DESCRIPTIONS
You can enter in bullet time only in combat, just aim your gun.
HOSTILE MARK
Bullet time will mark hostiles making them easier to spot.
especially useful in crowded fights, crowded areas, and at night.
PREREQUISITE
To be able to inter in Bullet time you need a special item called «bullet time patch».
you can craft it under utility at the cooking bench.
this patch should be always activated in your inventory in order to be able to enter in bullet time.
The patch doesn’t occupy any slot.
POINT ZERO
Bullet Time will begin damaging your health at zero AP
unless you have a Perception value of 9 or higher.
POWER ARMOR USE
There’s 2 types of «bullet time patch» that can be crafted
at the cooking bench. one for the normal use and one
that can be used also while in power armor.

This mod should be compatible with all other mods, as it doesn’t edit any vanilla records.

Note: Thanks for everyone who supported me and used my mod during those months. I will leave my mod here for history, but I won’t update it anymore.
I don’t really like using V.A.T.S in Fallout and always prefered Bullet Time Mods (Fallout 3 & NV). I decided to re-create a early-mod for Fallout 4. Now with Activate & Deactive Buttons!
The new version 0.8 includes «Toggle Effect» Mode!
1. Use NMM (or download manually and extract Bullet Time.esp in «Data» folder. Remember to setup your plugins.txt)
2. Required Perk: Rifleman level1
3. Go in any Chemistry workshop (You’ll find one at «Red Rocket Truck Stop»). Select category: «Misc»
4. Craft «Bullet Time ON» (no recipe)
5. Craft «Bullet Time OFF» (no recipe)
6. Go to your PipBoy > Weapons
7. Set «Bullet Time ON» to one favorite key
8. Set «Bullet Time OFF» to another favorite key
1. Download AutoHotKey
2. Double click on «Bullet Time.ahk» file to activate the script (Game folder)
3. Go in-game and assign the «Bullet Time ON» & «Bullet Time OFF» weapons in your favorites

Установите этот мод, если хотите применять для эффекта Bullet Time клавишу автодвижения (‘X’ по умолчанию)
Для работы требуется установленный F4SE.
Поместите файл CustomControlMap.txt из архива в папку Data\F4SE
и назначьте активатор в самый нижний слот избранного

A mapping kindly provided by Fouracres will let you replace the Automove key («X» key by default) with bullet-time.
Do note that F4SE is only active if you launch Fallout 4 through f4se_loader.exe.
I’ve uploaded these files in the Files section of the mod. Unfortunately I don’t have any gamepads so I’ve been unable to test the keymaps, but they should be in order. Enjoy!

For those upgrading from 1.0, please completely uninstall 1.0 and make a clean save without the mod before upgrading. Please make sure that there are no loose files left behind.

The instructions for the Xbox controller map say to put the config file in Data/F4SE
Does it mean in my game directory or in the My Documents section where there are a bunch of other config files?
If it goes in the directory, there is no F4SE under Data (F4SE is definitely downloaded and definitely works however) can I just make a new folder titled F4SE and put it there?
Theres no Data file in My Documents, but there is an F4SE file, thats part of why I’m confused.
