Version 1.3 adds new, more wasteland-appropriate textures to repaired houses. It also fixes an issue where houses might not register as repairable.

Sanctuary’s settlers don’t seem to be making much progress on fixing those houses. If you want a job done right, do it yourself!

I highly recommend using debris-removal mods like Spring Cleaning, since skeletons and trash piles tend to bring down real estate values.

Technical Details and Known Issues

Please be aware that this mod’s startup script deletes the original houses and spawns replacements. Uninstalling it will permanently remove them. This is an unfortunate necessity in order to prevent the infamous Cell Reset Bug. Until Bethesda patches this issue, this is the only way mods like this can work.

Since pre-War interiors don’t exist for the neighbors’ houses, the models had to be cobbled together from multiple existing nifs. Inner walls will still have some holes, but at least they’re clean now! Other consequences include a few un-removable loose or bent panels on exterior walls. One house in particular has an odd inconsistency in number of doors between pre- and post-War models.

Even after the houses are fixed, some settlers might keep hammering. They’re kind of stupid that way.

Sanctuary built as a medieval sort of village – as much as I could do for (game) practical reasons.

The houses are not (version 1) decorated (beds only). Or only sparsely (version2) decorated, apart from beds.

This will do well with Sanctuary Riverfront or other settlements not touching the build area. Yes – you CAN add 2 settlements/blueprints on top of each other.

Version 1 is really simple with just the basic stuff to make Sturges happy. Not even a PA dock.

Version 2 is much more elaborate with a dedicated player house and a shack holding 4 PA docks and 5 tier 2 vendors under a tent roof.

No power to speak of. Just enough local power emitters to keep a few lights going. And only in the vendor/workbench/PA areas. (in keeping with my “old village” idea)

I’ve had bad experiences with moving the workbench before exporting to a blueprint. Hence the odd layout of version 1.

Version1:
Look at the map and scrap what’s in the area. That includes foundations – also underneath the workbench. Scrap the workbenches too. I added new ones. You do NOT need to scrap the big tree in the middle. I was a bit hasty on that. Also – you can leave everything outside – and in between of- the build areas. The blueprint is within vanilla budget so you should not experience any issues.

Version 2:

Look at the map and scrap everything in the build area. Including the big tree. On import you must remember to check the “import marker based items” or you won’t have any water in the pond.
It’s above vanilla budget. Plan accordingly.

Study the list below. Maybe you can do without 1 or some.

On top of version 1 for version 2 you must have:

Fallout 4 «Beautiful Sanctuary / Прекрасный Сэнкчуари 2.0»

Данный мод для Fallout 4 востанавливает окружение Сэнкчуари до «довоенного» состояния, т.е. Ваше поселение приобретет прежний вид как и в самом начале игры, так же после установки мода вышеописанное состояние захватит территорию заправки «Красная ракета» и «Убежище 111».

Мод восстанавливает автомобили, растительность и частично дома.

На Нексусе 6 версия плюс пак на 600 текстур.

А «Красную ракету», ктонить отскриньте, плиз!

У меня после этого мода поменялись текстуры и в построенных поселениях. Может так и нужно, но мне не понравилось.

sorych видимо разработчики заменили текстуры вместо добавление их! будем надеятся что в следующих версиях это исправят.

CooperMGN у тебя не хватает файла Beautiful Sanctuary Second Load v2.esp. и доступна уже v3 этого мода.

Интересно, но не очень понимаю зачем. Разве что для разнообразия или скринов. 🙂

My modern take of Sanctuary.

This was the first modern settlement I ever made years ago. I find it looks good but it was my first settlement design so it might not be as polished as most of my other ones.
I was hesitant to upload it as Sanctuary is never very stable to begin with and I don’t want to cause anybody any problems, but it was requested by a few people.

Don’t be put off by the requirements, there aren’t really that many that are absolutely required, the rest are to make the settlements as close to my complete vision as possible. I can’t guarantee the results without all the mods I used, but feel free to experiment.

Sanctuary landscape has been smoothed out and the Concord River is a deeper and just way more pleasant to look at after you scrap all the junk in it. It’s easier to rebuild a town not full of pot hole, moguls and twigs.

Sanctuary Landscape Bridge Repair Wild Grass Ver 1.30 is now available and recommended.

Requirements: None

Remember with this mod just about everything is meant to be scraped.

Detail Description of Sanctuary Landscape Bridge Repair Wild Grass

1). Photography of the land is smoothed out, no more moguls, and no twigs coming up through your floors.

2). Annoying items disabled that could not be scrapped (removed). For example: bathtubs, wood planks, two un- named graves sites behind a house, annoying water puddles, decal bloodstains in some areas and on the other side of the bridge.

3). Annoying NPC’s hammering is also disabled and decal dirt is also disabled. Decal dirt is another layer on top that hardly noticeable till you laid down a floor … now it’s noticeable and you can’t scrap it.

4). Deepen the River all around Sanctuary and more pleasant to look at after you clean it up.

5). The Bridge and the Walls on both sides repaired and the road is adjusted slightly so as not to see the ground coming through.

6). Navmesh has been totally redone.

7). Outside boundaries wild grass, Inside boundaries wild grass with no grass. There’s a dirt path under the road if you wish to scrap it.

8) Two Mods to choose from either Pre War Bridge or a Custom Bridge that you can scrap or add to (see pics).

Note:
I did not clean up the town for those that want to scrap to get started in building mode. There are already mods of Sanctuary that are cleaned up but I like to scrap a bit at a time, rebuild and the scrap some more, thus the reason for this mod.

Be careful save your game everything can be scrapped.

Issues Mod 1: Pre War Bridge has a Collision Geometry Issue (see Pic).
I do not have the software to fix this at this time. It’s not a big problem that would crash the game. But it could cause NPC’s to get stuck in that area. I solved that issue by editing the NM, so NPC’s will avoid it thus not get stuck (see Pics in media information). However if you, your player character goes over there you will run into it and may fall into the river. So watch your kneecaps it’s like running into an invisible wall. So no need to buy expensive software to fix it and I don’t have to raise the ground to bury the wall. No issues other than minor Collision Geometry Issue. IT’s NOT A BUG OR BIG Problem!

If you’re not too lazy see Mod 2 for it resolves Collision Geometry Issue …

Mod 2 Custom Bridge
Custom Bridge can be scrapped or added to build your own if you wish see pic for example. Prewar Walls can also be scrapped. Both Mods are the same, the only differences are the bridges.

Issues Mod 2:
None that I can see or find, the Custom Bridge resolves Collision Geometry Issue.

Concerning Both Mods:
Again some items are not snapped to the ground, just scrap or re-position it in build mode. It’s not a bug! See reasons why I did not snap items to the ground at end of page if you wish! Spent hours testing with a saved game without mods and tested with a saved game with mods. Some items mainly shrubs can not be reposition they must scrapped.

How to Install this mod I Recommend:
Install using Vortex Mod manager and Uninstall using Vortex.

To update to new versions :
Just uninstall and remove and delete old version and install the update using Vortex.

Compatibility
You have 2 mods to choose from and o nly one can be use at a time! This mod will not work with other Sanctuary mods that change the landscaping, the mod last in order has the final say. And it may or may not work with mod that employ Seasons, some work some don’t. The load order determines the outcome.

NOTE: Concerning update 1.30 I cannot fix Codsworth search for bugs ( I could but) for then it would defeat the purpose of this mod to scrap everything and rebuild a Sanctuary as we wish. You would have to keep the homes the bugs were in. You can have Codsworth get your food but I recommend do not have him search Sanctuary for those bugs, it may take him some time, best to deal with it by yourself or install this mod after he tells you to go Concord. This mod can be installed at any point in the game as to when you want to rebuild Sanctuary.

Reasons why I did not snap items to the ground:

Its junk and its going to be scrapped anyway so why waste the time. My previous mod made changes and some items were snapped to the ground and some were just moved to a new location. However in making a mod what ever you change increases the record changes to vanilla and thereby increases the file size. Version 1.20 Update put items like junk, trees, and scrap back to original location (except items that were disabled) lowering both the records and the file size for better performance. Also, in previous mod if you use and moved items or scrapped them in the game it should not affect your game. But there is no guarantee, you may have to reposition and scrap some again. But in testing with a previous save game items did not reappear.
