Description:
This mod will turn your character into a ghoul if you go too long without healing your radiation. This could be viewed as a good or bad thing depending on how you view it.
Pros:
— Radiation will heal you. (A 5th of how many RADS you are absorbing)
— You are immune from radiation poisining.
— Feral Ghouls will no longer attack you.
— You can command Feral Ghouls to follow you and fight with you. (STILL IN BETA. )
— You absorb double the radiation. (Trust me, this is good. )
Cons:
— You look fugly.
— You lose four charisma points.
— Ghoulification is UNCURABLE. (Maybe in the future. )
— Jet and UltraJet both have half the effect and durration.
— Your body slowly loses RADs, every radiation level you go down will make you weaker until you hit 0 RADs and die (Unless you are using the LITE version), so stay radiated. 😉
How does it happen?:
If you have 400 rads (by default) or more for an extended period of time, you will eventually become a ghoul. The more rads above 400 you have, the quicker the process of Ghoulification will be. Anytime your rads go below 400, the Ghoulification will reset.
Included in this is an old version of MrSlackPant’s Radiation mod, I HIGHLY recommend you use it, as it will make the radiation levels in the game much higher, and help you live bettter as a ghoul.
Uninstillation:
As requested by too many people for me to count, I put in an easy to use uninstall option. There will be an item in your invintory called «Ghoulification Uninstaller», simply equip it and a dialog box will pop up asking if you’re sure you’d like to uninstall it. If you do, a Race window will pop up, just change your character back to his original race, and you’re done. After that, you can just take Ghoulification off your mod list.
UPDATE: Thanks to the community for giving me the idea to make the radiation requred to become a ghoul choosable.
Future Plans:
Ghoul Biggets will not talk to you.
People will react differently to you.
Create some type of obtainible ghoul cure (probably with a quest)
LITE Version added, you will not die from lack of radiation anymore, but you will still be weakened.

Description
I always found New Vegas’ reputation system very restrictive. This mod alleviates a few of the issues I have.
You can now wear faction outfits without them acting as disguises. I realise the need for disguises, however, so they still act as disguises but only if you are a permanent enemy of the faction, e.g. you have passed the requirements for ‘Beware the Wrath of Caesar!’ or ‘Don’t Tread on the Bear!’ (or blown up the Brotherhood). Factions can still become hostile if you commit crimes, in which case the normal ‘cool-down’ period applies.
You will also not become enemies of factions by equipping their enemies’ outfits. For example, you will not be attacked by the NCR for wearing Legion armour. It may not be realistic, but neither is walking into the Mages Guild wearing Necromancer Robes, etc. I prefer it this way, because you’re free to choose the equipment you want without being shot at. I think the reputation system is a prime example of why ‘realism’ isn’t always a fun aspect of Bethesda games.
Disguises will no longer ‘juggle’ reputation using roundabout scripts. In other words: they do not reset your reputation to zero when equipped. This lead to bugs and was an unnecessary workaround in my opinion, as I’ve managed something akin to what was originally intended with far more minimal scripts.
The infamy gain for stealing and killing has been reduced. The reputation system was not very well balanced in my opinion: stealing six items was the equivalent of gunning someone down, and gunning someone down was worse then the worst possible quest-related action against a faction (this includes things such as using Helios One’s defence system to fry an entire NCR encampment). Also factor in the fact that there is no redemption system, and therefore a single crime could have a lasting impact on your gameplay experience. Therefore I think this change is justified.
Primm’s reputation has been fully restored, and you gain fame by completing all the events related to it (freeing Beagle, killing all Convicts, finding a sheriff, retrieving the casino’s heirlooms, etc). A handful of Convicts that were disabled for seemingly no reason are restored to vary the Primm gunfight a bit more. Fame gains are applied retroactively, therefore you still get the credit you deserve when installing this mod on a save that has already completed Primm-related quests.
Installation
I do not know how well this mod will work alongside other mods which restore Primm’s reputation, such as Primm Reputation Restored. If you’re using this mod, you don’t need it anyway. I recommend you use one or the other.
Uninstallation
Before uninstalling this mod, make sure that your character is not wearing any faction armor. This mod will have no permanent effects on your game.

Playable Ghoul allows the Courier to roam the Mojave Wasteland as a Ghoul. This is more than just a simple texture/race mod, and offers some effects:
-2 Strength (STR)
-2 Charisma (CHR)
+2 Endurance (END)
Ghouls are resistant to most chems, including alcohol. The effect of chems lasts only 1/4th as long as normal, but the chance of addiction is only 1/10th of normal. The only exceptions to the above are Rocket and Ultrajet. RadAway and Rad-X will cause physical damage to a Ghoul if used. Certain other substances will still work as normal on Ghouls, particularly the special variants of Nuka-Cola. Additionally, Irradiated variants of alcohol have the same effect duration as normal.
Radiation levels in a Ghoul’s body decrease (or more accurately, the level which is considered «normal» moves up) over time, at a rate of 1 Rad/ 10s.
Radiation Poisoning has positive as well as negative effects on Ghouls:
Ghouls do not die from Fatal Rad Poisoning.
Finally, Ghouls have access to a Ghoul-only Perk: Feral Affinity. This perk ensures Feral Ghouls will not attack the Courier unless the Courier attacks first.
Please remember that this mod hasn’t been fully playtested for balance. I would appreciate any feedback you can offer.

17. Больше ловушек, мин, засад на Курьера и т.д.
18. На химических наборах можно приготовить стимуляторы или другие химикаты.
20. Возвращены в игру ломовые патроны, такие же, какими разработчиками их оставили в файлах игры.
21. У большинства стандартных патронов (снарядов) изменена модель на более качественную. У новых патронов так же своя модель. Трассеров у снарядов нет.
22. Добавлены книги:
1. «Медицина XXI Века», при прочтении которой можно научиться переливать кровь из убитых НПС. Чтоб этому научиться необходимо,- владеть Медициной на уровне 60 и выше. Находится книга в клинике Форлоун-Хоуп.
23. Изменен текст некоторых загрузочных экранов. Добавлены новые с полезной информацией о моде.
24. Добавлены тайники, пасхалки, именные тайники. Именные тайники можно обнаружить раздобыв записку с местоположением тайника у их владельцев.
25. Пересмотрен вес многих предметов, особенно химии.
26. Добавлена химия и напитки из предыдущих частей Fallout: Пиво «Гамма-Глоток», Мутабор, Травматин, Адреналин, Вуду, Синтез-Кола, Берсерген, Бормотуха, Рентген-ром.
28. Возможность выбора уровня сложности.
Установка:
Копируем esp-файл и bsa-файл в папку «Data».
Затем запускаем игру, выбираем «DATA FILES», отмечаем галочкой esp-файл, жмем «ОК» и играем.

All assets in this mod are a Fallout Nexus exclusive, do not ask if you can distribute them on another site. Assets (meshes, textures and ESM/ESP files) in this mod cannot be re-uploaded anywhere without my permission including anywhere else on the nexus sites. If you wish to edit a character and upload it using purely GECK work then you are welcome to, as long as you have asked permission to release it and I have agreed, although really I would prefer things to be added to my installer so all FCO related content stays together.
