Курьер получивший посылку остановился на заправке Гудспрингс чтобы пополнить запасы горючего. Выйдя из машины он увидел ярчайшее сияние, словно тысяча звезд разом озарили небо. Курьер взял посылку и побежал в первое попавшееся укрытие. Но учесть его уже была решена, в мгновенье он получили смертельную дозу облучения. Заправочная станция Гудспрингс ждет вас, вам предоставлена уникальная возможность прикоснуться к прошлому и получить очки которые не имеют себе аналогов.

Эта модификация не должна конфликтовать с другими модами.

Переместите файлы из архива в папку Data игры, активируйте плагин в Fallout NV Launcher или в FOMM.

Отключите плагин в Fallout NV Launcher или в FOMM, удалите файлы мода из папки Data игры.

This mod is a combination of all my Stat Overhaul Mods. It balances SPECIAL stats, making all of them useful in their own ways. This mod has been cut out from the very early version of my Complete Overhaul mod called After War Nevada.

Wanted to be tough brute who uses his muscles to think instead of brain? Or maybe hawkeyed sniper who takes down his target with 1 accurate critical shot? Well, then this mod is probably for you!

Old formula is: 150 + (10 * STR) lbs.

New Carry Weight formula is: 25 + (25 * STR) lbs.
Also determines damage of all Melee and Unarmed weapons, including throwing weapons.
Determines range of throwing weapons.

Now also determines accuracy both inside and outside of VATS and range when you can turn on VATS. With 10 PER you would be really good sniper, while with 1 PER you would be blind as molerat.

Old health formula is: 90 + (END * 20) + (Level * 10)

And now instead of giving you one-time bonus of 20 HP per point on beginning (300 HP on the start with 10 END?), it now determines how many of HP you gain per level.
Base HP is: 100 + (5 * END)
HP per level is: 3 + (END / 2)
So with 10 END you would start with 150 HP and would gain 8 HP per level.

Charisma is untouched, in vanilla it already greatly increases Damage and Damage Resistance of your Companions (+5% to Damage and Damage Resistance per point of Charisma).

Old formula for Skill Points is: 10 + (INT / 2)
So with 10 INT you would get 15 Skill Points per level, while with 1 INT you would get 10.5 Skill Points.

New formula is: 5 + INT
Also Skill Points spent on tagged skills give the doubled amount, and tagged skills give you one-time bonus of 5 points to your tagged skill instead of 15 as was in vanilla.
So with 10 INT you would get 15 skill points per level, while with 1 INT you would get only 6 skill points.

Old formula for Action Points is: 65 + (AGI * 3)

New formula for Action Points is: 50 + (AGI * 5)
Also it determines your movement speed and attack speed of all melee and unarmed weapons.

It was unchanged too, +1 to all Skills per every 2 points of Luck, and +1% to Critical Hit per point isn’t that bad, especially with weapons like Sniper Rifle, which has x5 critical chance.

Please notice that when you go below 5 points (default value) then you will get penalties instead of bonuses. With 1 STR you will do little damage with Melee and Unarmed weapons, also 50 Carry Weight isn’t that much. With 1 PER your accuracy will also suck etc. etc.

Мод добавляет в игру очки ночного видения. При их выборе в инвентаре показывается меню выбора режима работы, последующее переключение режима осуществляется нажатием клавиши «backspace» без захода в инвентарь Pip-Boy. Кроме возможности ночного бдения, надетый девайс дает перк «Целеуказание», срабатывающий в момент прицеливания и обеспечивающий красную подсветку недружественных целей (аналогично перку Буна) и зеленую подсветку непотрошеных контейнеров (аналогично перку Рекса). Целеуказание работает независимо от режима НВ и прекращает свою работу при снятии очков. Мод также поддерживает перк «Четыре глаза», дающий прибавку восприятия, как и при ношении обычных очков. Очки ждут своего хозяина на снайперском посту НКР в Приме.

Требования:
Fallout New Vegas + NVSE, мод делался в 7-м апдейте и ГЕКК 1.4, в других версиях не проверялся.

Возможные баги:
Таковых не обнаружено, конфликта с Невадовскими девайсами НВ быть не должно. Возможен конфликт с модами, имеющими забинденную клавишу бэкспейса. Если что нароете, пишите в личку, буду разбираться и фиксить.

Установка и удаление:
Стандартное.

[size=»4″] The ‘Authority Glasses’ in Fallout New Vegas were always my favorite because they had more form and better style than the other glasses ported from Fallout 3 but I always felt like their finish was to matte-like and strangely absent of an environment mask. So, I recently sought to change that and figured I would share the resources with you fine folks. [/size]

[size=»5″]-Description-[/size]

[size=»4″] This mod adds new textures and an updated mesh to except environment masks for the vanilla ‘Authority Glasses.’ The cube map for the environment mask is of my own making and is designed to match New Vegas’ atmosphere. Everyone is welcome to experiment with this environment map either by applying to other meshes or by replacing it with something else. To do this, simply rename the new environment map to ‘tfh_mojave02_e’ and replace the original in the data\textures\effects directory. There are two versions of the mod; the original version and a more conservative ‘subtle’ version both can be found separately on the files page.

The NEW esp adds 7 different Authority Glasses to a respawnable metal box in the gas station at Goodsprings. They work just like the vanilla glasses and use the same repair lists.

Note: These glasses have no ‘EGM’ files attached to their mesh so they will not warp and bend according to the shape of your player’s face like the vanilla glasses; this is by design.

[size=»4″] This mod replaces vanilla assets and will not work with any mods that alter or replace the same. [/size]

NOTE: Requires Archive Invalidation through ini changes, uploaded utilities, or using a traditional Mod Manager.

[size=»4″] Extract the mod contents into a folder of your choosing, place the ‘textures’ and ‘meshes’ folders into your New Vegas ‘data’ folder.

If updating from a previous version; simply override files when presented the option.

[size=»5″]-Uninstallation-[/size]

[size=»4″] Remove the ‘ncr_civ_glasses_m’ file from the ‘meshes>armor>headgear>ncr_civillian>’ directory. Also remove the ‘ ncr_glasses’ files from the ‘textures>armor>headgear>’ directory. Lastly, remove the ‘ tfh_mojave02_e’ file from the ‘textures>effects>’ directory.

What Does This Mod Do:

— Grants 1 perk per level instead of 1 every other level.
— Increases the maximum character level up to a maximum level of 100. The base game maximum level was 30, and all of the DLC increased it to 50.

I only modified three items (the leveling help dialogue to say one perk a level and the two variables that determine maximum level and how often you receive a perk.

I also added a quest script that will do a check to ensure the maximum level setting remains at 100 (handles an issue hopefully where it was being overwritten).

Why did you make this?
The first version, which only raised the cap to level 50, was for a friend. This newest version is because I’ve been playing a lot again recently and I wanted the joy of still leveling up as I explore some of the fine content that has been released by the community.

I’ve also begun playing Tale of Two Wastelands (TTW) recently, which is what led to me working out the conflict that was there previously. This should work with or without a TTW set-up.

What do I need to use this?
Two things:
1. Fallout New Vegas, with or without the DLC’s
2. New Vegas Script Extender (NVSE) http://nvse.silverlock.org/

Conflicts
There was an issue where the Max Level setting was getting over written, so I’ve tried to account for it in 1.2. Still, something that changes iMaxCharacterLevel could interfere. If so, I’d recommend placing this after the other file in the load order.

Level 100 not high enough?
