Не забудьте поставить знак *, чтобы получилось:

Установите этот мод, если хотите применять для эффекта Bullet Time клавишу автодвижения (‘X’ по умолчанию)
Для работы требуется установленный F4SE.
Поместите файл CustomControlMap.txt из архива в папку Data\F4SE
и назначьте активатор в самый нижний слот избранного

Since original mod by Dunderklumpen released for NV, i’ll no longer support/update my version, so welcome to DK_BulletTime Mod

Bullet time is the ability to slow down the world around you, allowing you more time, to aim, make decisions, and shoot. While time is slowed, you will burn Action Points. When your action points reach 0 normal time will resume. While you are in Bullet Time you can turn it off, saving those precious Actions for VATS, or another burst of Bullet Time.

To Turn on Bullet Time, go to the Aid section of your inventory and use the » «. You can hotkey this Aid, and this is highly recommended. To turn off Bullet Time simple use the Bullet Time Activator while Bullet Time is turned on» (or press the appropriate Hotkey again). The Bullet Time Activator is an on-off switch.

When you install BulletTime, an item will be placed in the «Aid’ section of your inventory called «[Bullet Time Config]» (it will be at the bottom of the list). When you click on «[Bullet Time Config]» (make sure you are in Pip boy mode, don’t hotkey this Aid item). A Dialog will appear allowing you to configure the following:

Expand the archive and then copy Clanf_BT.esp into the Data folder of your fallout Directory. Using Fallout Launcher, make sure that the Clanf_BT.esp is flagged as active.

When you run Fallout NV, as soon as you leave Doc’s House, for a new game, or the first time you load an existing game (if you have left Doc’s House), you will receive the following items

There may be circumstances where you want to uninstall/re-install Bullet Time. Here is you you do it.

1. Using the Fallout NV Launcher, unselect the Clanf_BT.esp.

2. Start Fallout NV, load your game, All the items should be removed from your character. Save this game.

That’s all you need to do to uninstall. If you want to reinstall it.

3. Quit Fallout NV and re-select Clanf_BT.esp

4. Start Fallout NV, load your game, you should see the «Bullet Time quest complete, and the BT items should be added to your inventory again.

* BulletTime will conflict with any mod that changes the Global Time Multiplier (GTM), it changes the GTM to slow down time, and again to resume normal time.

Dunderklumpen for the original mod, which it essentially is.

Description

Bullet time consumes action points at a rate dependent on the usual VATS AP cost of your weapon. A novelty option allows you to set a lower slowdown rate for your character than that of the rest of the world, kinda like Turbo. This will only affect your movement, attack and reload speed, but it should still give you a nice edge in bullet time. You can also enable bonuses to your character while in bullet time similar to those of regular VATS mod, based on the game settings that control them. Namely, increased critical chance, damage resistance, and melee damage.

Controller support is also possible through the use of JIP LN NVSE Plugin’s controller emulation feature.

Next, all VATS perks are accounted for (even the one from Tale of Two Wastelands and no patch is required). They will all have alternative effects which make them useful outside of VATS. The Mysterious Stranger and Miss Fortune are also covered. They can both turn up to help you in combat in real-time! Their appearance and disappearance even comes complete with all the sound effects and can be affected by the Friendly Help reward perk as usual. All perk descriptions, and any loading screens mentioning them, will reflect the changes.

Installation / Uninstallation

Install using your preferred method and check the plugin file. You can configure the mod using the MCM menu.

Again, this mod makes it’s changes by a script so there shouldn’t be any compatibility issue with the overwhelming majority of mods. Use FNVEdit to check.

Compatibility

Many of this mod’s features are implemented by script so there should be very little incompatibility with other mods.

ALL perk effects, either changed or added by other mods, are accounted for in the calculations for not just AP costs, but for everything you can imagine relative to them, thanks to JIP LN’s powerful GetPerkModifier function.

Perks which have new outside-of-VATS effects, or whose description states they are VATS-exclusive were directly modified so that this mod is easier to patch. Mods which edit the same perks will conflict but putting this mod lower down in your load order should be fine in the majority of cases.

FNVEdit can be used to check compatibility and resolve conflicts in cases where loading later will not suffice (if you find any instances where this is the case, feel free to notify me and I’ll see if I need to create an official patch).

This version contains one addition only. There is now an initial cost to activating Bullet Time. When activated, the AP cost is applied immediately.

Bullet time is the ability to slow down the world around you, allowing you more time, to aim, make decisions, and shoot. While time is slowed, you will burn Action Points. When your action points reach 0 normal time will resume. While you are in Bullet Time you can turn it off, saving those precious Actions for VATS, or another burst of Bullet Time.

This version for New Vegas also allows a Turbo mode, which acts like the Turbo chem, but uses Action points instead.

Во-вторых, если в Нью-Вегасе уже в лаунчере выставлены все возможные разрешения, в том числе много вариантов widescreen, то для Fallout 3 обладателям широких мониторов (например, как у меня, с разрешением 1920х1080) нужно найти в Fallout.ini строки

и установить в них требуемое разрешение по ширине и высоте.

В-третьих, обладатели видеокарт с поддержкой шейдеров 3.0 (если у вас видяха новее, чем Nvidia GeForce 6600 или ATI X1000, то у нее должна быть такая поддержка) могут включить поддержку этих шейдеров игрой, установить единицу в строке

В мануале по ссылке пишут, что это может повысить FPS особенно при включенном эффекте HDR.

В-четвертых, огромный простор для оптимизации заключен в параметрах многопотоковости. Это актуально особенно для владельцев многоядерных компьютеров.
Ищем в Fallout.ini (Fallout_default.ini для Нью-Вегаса) строки:

Данные дефолтные значения установлены в расчете на 1 Гб оперативки. Если у вас больше, эти параметры смело можно повышать. В мануале рекомендуется 16 и 102 соответственно. Если хотите больше, ставьте больше, но тогда учтите, что еще надо увеличить значение расположенной ниже переменной
