Changes of this mod:

— Adds the unreleased weapons and most of Far Cry 5’s weapons to the shop and the inventories of the NPCs.

— Weapons can be found with skins and attachments.

— Makes the unreleased skins for these weapons obtainable. You can scavenge them from deceased NPCs

— Restores the pre-release attachments for the deluxe edition weapons, the T2 M249 „Hurk‘s Wrath“ (Marksman) & the T2 M133 MS „Retro Sci-Fi“ (Reflex).

— Makes the T3 & T4 Flamethrower „Highwayman“ and „Elite“ skins obtainable.

— Restored concept and alpha skins.

Important:

1.) Weapons with skins can be upgraded by upgrading the standard ones in the shop.
Example: If you upgrade the AR-C FC5 in the shop to deal 200 damage instead of its 100 and pick up one with a skin on it,
it will get the damage buff applied.

2.) Weapons are balanced around the player having 100hp, so the mod will always be fair and balanced.

Installation:

Download the Far Cry New Dawn Scavenger Mod; https://www.nexusmods.com/farcrynewdawn/mods/5?tab=files

and put URV ND Base & 2 into the ModifiedFilesND folder. Do the same for the add-ons, if you want to play with them as well.

Start the installer and select the mod’s packages.

DISABLE NPC WEAPONS SUPPORT (URV adds its own and cannot work with this one).

Cick on «INSTALL» to patch the game and then play.

Uninstallation:

Remove ALL weapons from this mod from your inventory and then remove the mod.

Compatibility:

This mod is not compatible with mods which edit the files: „itemfilter.ndb“ & the „weaponandgadgetlib.feu“.

I was annoyed that New Dawn didn’t have any fishing rod upgrades so I found the ‘Old Betsy’ Stats from Far Cry 5 and overwrote the existing Fishing Rod in New Dawn with those stats. It still looks the same but handles better.

I got spoiled by FarCry 5 having a NewGame+ option and wanted one for NewDawn as well so I decided to make something to aid users in being able to share a similar experience. This alters settings related to Prosperity and the Player in order to aid in getting them a ‘closer to NewGame+’ experience once finished with the introduction.

This mod increased the size of the blood splatter, as well as the duration of bullet decals on various surfaces.

This mod replaces the number of planted mine C4 proximity at a time from 3 to 15.
