Starting at 0 means no added multiplier. This is just to avoid people forgetting/not enabling it.
And it’s in the notes, damage multiplier is 10 times stronger.

Huh, so it was intended. Sorry about the confusion.
But if we have to participate in a raid event, wouldn’t the default x10 DMG be unusual and the devs would be able to notice the huge HP drop?
Do we have to rely on just normal attacks with crits or something? It’s more likely that you had participated in dozens of raids with Massive Damage in the past, but I just want to be sure on this issue.
I apologize if I sound too demanding and being intrusive.
