Open the «Properties» menu of Getting Over It from your Steam library.

Enter beta access code «nakedmaninapot» and click «Check Code» to unlock older versions. They should be accesible by opening the first list, under «Select the beta you would like to opt into».

There’s only 3 achievements as far as I know.
Yes, you should be able to get them by finishing the game 50 times for all achievments
No matter how you finish it.
