I am NOT the maker of this mod.
Just found it while googling around, and since I couldn’t find any discussion of this mod in here nor the guide section, I decided to post the link here.
Haven’t tested it yet since I don’t have the game, but judging by the comments, it works.
Some important bits:
— Progress:
At this point I’m just not going to claim it’s 100% patched, since every time I think I got everything, something else pops up as this file structure is a nightmare and I have no way to confirm that I got it all
So I’ll go with, it’s at least 99% patched, if you still find some stray English voice somewhere, please notify me and I’ll look into it.
GEUndub by MHVuze [github.com] : This was a really solid base for the program, but as it was in C# and I code in C++, I pretty much had to rewrite almost from scratch, good thing is that I could at least use the logic behind it and might not have been able to complete this without it.
QuickBMS by Luigi Auriemma [aluigi.altervista.org] : He even had a script specifically for GE, this is what I used to unpack the PC and VITA files, so without it I wouldn’t have known the structure of the files or even have been able to get a hold of the VITA JP voice files.
NUS3BANK editor by DanSyor [github.com] : The VITA cutscene voice files were in NUS3BANK files, this is what I used to get them out of there
vgmstream [github.com] : Helped a lot with various audio testing and converting
Cutscenes [drive.google.com] : These are the cutscene audio files.
JPV_GER [drive.google.com] : This is the folder containing the voices the patcher uses.
GEJPV 2.13b [drive.google.com] : This is the patcher.
ed_ge [drive.google.com] : A movie file that contained an English voice line, replaced by the corresponding Japanese line and hardsubbed.
— Extract all files, keep the structure they come with
— Copy and paste Cutscenes «data» folder into your [God Eater install location], overwrite the original files
— Put «GEJPV.exe», «dataIndex.txt» and «JPV_GER» folder together in one folder (anywhere, as long as they’re together)
— Place bin.qpck and data.qpck in this folder so the patcher can find it
— Run GEJPV.exe(It will tell you if it can’t find something)
— You might have to do it as admin depending on where you run the program from
— Place the newly created new_bin.qpck and new_data.qpck into your [God Eater install location]
— Remove the «new_» out of their names so they are the same name as originals
[God Eater install location] is typically «C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GOD EATER RESURRECTION»
Be sure to remember to rename new_bin.qpck to bin.qpck and new_data.qpck to data.qpck, else you’ll just be greeted by a black screen.
For now it «officially» only supports GE:R.
I have found 26752 files and after patching them in I get 17462 «File missing» warnings.
I’m not sure exactly what files are missing yet and will most likely take a break from file mining for a little now.
I will make a patch for GE2:RB too, but for now I’ll actually play some God Eater and try to reproduce the black screen issue some people have been facing before plunging into another wild search for the remaining files.

Достижение откроется после прохождения обучения.
Усиление за счёт пожирания живого Арагами. Пожирание на «Shift + ПКМ».
У Арагами среднего и крупного типа есть части защиты которые можно разрушить, после этого у них будет слабая точка в этих местах. Для получения достижения нужно расколоть защиту в первый раз.
Итак, для этого достижения нужно сожрать живого Арагами, затем переключиться в стрелковый режим, и отдать специальную пулю, за пожирание Арагами, своему союзнику («Shift + ПКМ»).
Нужно научить союзника новому умению. Заходим в терминал, жмём на «Личные способности», выбираем героя и учим ему любому навыку.
Нужно выполнить впервые «Срочное задание». Они появляются после прохождения нескольких обычных заданий приблизительно вашей сложности, за задания маленькой сложности их давать не будут.
Достижение откроется на задании в 3 сложности.
Впервые активировать эффект контрольного блока. Для этого нужно зайти в терминал, нажать на «Снаряжение», «Стиль хищника» и выбрать блок, который вам подходит. В игре, после пожирания, активируется Всплеск с эффектом этого блока.
После того, как вашему союзнику отнимут всё здоровье, его можно будет поднять кнопкой «Е», за это и дадут достижение.
Достижение откроется после прохождения задания на 4 сложности.
Здесь нужно расколоть 100 частей защиты у Арагами.
Достижение откроется после прохождения задания на 6 сложности.
Достижение откроется за прохождение задания на 6 сложности.
Достижение откроется за прохождение задания на 7 сложности.
Одновременно активировать пять разных эффектов контрольного блока.
На примере в видео я поставил следующие стили и блоки:

Морозостойкость
Стальной клык
Электростойкость
2 тип
Мастер комбо
Штурм
Светостойкость
Ворона
Огнестойкость
Достижение дадут за выполнение задания на 10 сложности.
Достижение дадут за выполнение задания на 12 сложности.
Достижение откроется за прохождение задания на 13 сложности.
В «Хол. оружие», «Пушка» или «Щит» даются по 4 слота для навыков, есть навыки, которые включают в себя несколько навыков. Также есть 2 усилителя (отдельное снаряжение), которые считаются за 2 навыка. Повторные навыки не считаются, поэтому используйте разные навыки в снаряжении. Достижение откроется после выполнения задания.
После открытия 14 сложности, появится возможность повышать сложность каждого задания от 1 до 99 уровня. Для получения достижения достаточно выполнить 1 миссию 1 сложности, выбрав при настройке задания, «Сложное испытание» от 1 до 99 уровня.
Достижение откроется при выполнении задания на 14 сложности.
Достижение откроется за прохождение задания на 14 сложности.
Для этого достижения нужно хорошее снаряжение 14 уровня. Я проходил задание «Дух», которое находится в «Дополнительные миссии», «Набор хищника 1».
Выполнить 50 срочных заданий. Поможет способ показанный в достижении «Самый верный союзник». Срочное задание состоящее из 3 заданий, будет считаться как 3 срочных задания.
Для достижения нужно получить полный набор снаряжения 14 уровня. Всего в игре 13 типов снаряжение, их всех нужно сделать 14 уровня.Типы снаряжения: «Короткий клинок», «Длинный клинок», «Тяжелый клинок», «Молот», «Копье», «Коса», «Снайпер», «Штурмовик», «Бластер», «Дробовик», «Баклер», «Щит», «Осадный щит».
Выполнить 100 срочных заданий. Поможет способ показанный в достижении «Самый верный союзник».
