Localized from Security’s New Countries in OWB mod, East Coast Rising is a massive sub-mod add-on for the Hearts of Iron IV mod Old World Blues. It adds a ton of new land area to the map, complete with many new playable factions, new focus trees to explore
-Over 250 new provinces added through the eastern US and Canada
-An additional 30 playable nations for you to conquer the United States with
-Nine unique focus trees, including the Capital Brotherhood, Capital Enclave, Vault 101, the Minutemen, the Institute, New Quebec, the new USSR, the Pitt, and the Federation of New York
The current focus for this mod is completely finishing translation of focus trees and events. After that, new countries will be added. NOTE: 100% of the mod is playable, there is just some broken English in a couple places.
Note: This is the final version of this mod I will upload. The upcoming 2.0 update will make it impossible to continue work on this mod without extreme time. I will begin work on a new submod after 2.0 launches.

This is a Submod for Old World Blues which seeks to expand the mod into the East Coast.
My Apologies for some of the nations lacking Polish Alot of My Dev Team left, and with so few of us we had to pick up the slack. we’ll keep on working to improve the mod!
I Understand that not everything in this submod is not lore Friendly, I promise we will try to improve it as much as possible to make for the best experience!
DO NOT USE LEGACY
You Must use the Updated Old World Blues.
You also might have issues if you have both Legacy and the Current OWB installed.
