Grizzly Bears are defensive mobs that spawn different forests of the Overworld, often with a cub or two. They will attack players if they get too close or attack them.
These animals can sometimes be seen rummaging through bee nests to find honeycomb for consumption. After eating some, a yellow stain of honey will appear around their mouths. Consuming honeycomb also causes them to lower their guard, allowing for a player to tame them.
Grizzly bears were added in release 1.0.0, so they are one of the oldest mobs in the game. Respectively, they’ve gone through a few changes too.

Appearance [ ]
Grizzly bears have thick brown fur. They have short, black claws at the end of their limbs used to attack.
Behavior [ ]
The grizzly bear will attack the player if they get to close, or give chase if they are near any cubs, similarly to polar bears. They will also attack most passive animals, including wolves and foxes. They attack by rearing on their back legs and swiping at their opponent with their front claws, dealing decent damage at a fairly quick pace. Grizzly bears are also nearly immune to knockback due to their bulk.
If a Grizzly Bear is caught in a snowstorm, or is right-clicked with Top Snow, its fur will be covered in the material, which can be removed with a shovel. The snow cover melts if the bear goes into water or fire, or if it is in a warm biome (unless it was placed by a player).
Drops [ ]
Tamed adult bears occasionally shed a single Hair of Bear every 24000 to 48000 ticks (1 to 2 in-game days), which can be used to brew Potions of Knockback Resistance. Bears also drop 0 to 2 hair of bear upon death, or 0 to 3 if the looting enchantment is used.
Taming [ ]
Despite their defensive nature, Grizzly Bears are tamable. In order to tame one, a player must first feed it honeycomb by dropping it on the ground. The Grizzly Bear must then be fed raw salmon by throwing it on the ground in order to tame. Each salmon the bear consumes has a 30% chance to successfully tame it, so 3-4 raw salmon are needed on average. Tamed bears can be made to sit, wander or follow, like most other tamed mobs. Grizzly bears can also be ridden without the need of a saddle; keep in mind that they are considerably slow and cannot jump. Grizzly Bears will defend its owner from attackers such as hostile mobs and players. Note that they can attack while their owner is riding them.

Bald Eagle
Bald Eagles are large, neutral raptors found in wooded mountain biomes. They are frequent visitors to nearby lakes, where they will attempt to dive and grab salmon out of the water. They are also fond of attacking rabbits in the same way. When attacking larger creatures, the Bald Eagle will prefer to circle, slash with its talons, and repeat.
Due to their love of fish, Bald Eagles can be lured and tamed with Fish Oil. A tamed bald eagle can be commanded to stay, follow and wander, like many other beasts, but they can also be used for falconry. To start with falconry, one needs to craft the Falconry Glove. When held either in the main or off-hand, this glove can be used to pick up eagles and hold them in hand. To launch and eagle from the hand, simply punch. If launched while staring at a mob, the eagle will fly to this mob, attack, and, if it survives, return to the hand. If no mob is selected the eagle will simply jump off the glove.
To improve upon one’s falconry skill, a Falconry Hood can be crafted. The hood can be placed on an eagle, and an eagle with a hood will follow the direct command of its owner when launched from a glove. This means the eagle can be effectively piloted by its owner. If the eagle flies further than 150 blocks from its owner, it will attempt to return. To stop controlling the eagle, the owner can also sneak. The hood can be removed from the eagle with shears.
Eagles are often injured by their prey when hunting. A tamed eagle can be healed with any fish. Bald Eagles can be bred with rotten flesh.

The Crocodile is a massive reptile that spawns in rivers and swamps rarely throughout the overworld, added in Release 1.0.0.

Appearance [ ]
The Crocodile has a long, green body covered in scales and a large mouth filled with sharp teeth.
Behavior [ ]
This beast lunges towards its prey, grabbing and then pulling them underwater, it is where it proceeds to deal a devastating death roll. It is naturally hostile towards man and beast alike.
Although hostile, Crocodiles can be bred with Rotten Flesh. After breeding, Crocodiles will come ashore to lay their eggs. If these eggs are damaged, any Crocodile parents will become aggressive. They are most likely to crack and hatch between 21600 and 22550 ticks in-game time, same as turtles in Vanilla Minecraft, and the baby crocodile can imprint on the nearest player. It will defend the area of its birth from monsters. Interacting with it can also make it stay still and bask.
Crocodile Scutes are dropped when the creature becomes an adult or on death. These scutes can be used to create a protective chestplate that increases the wearer’s swim speed. They can also be used to make a copy of the Animal Dictionary.
Strategies [ ]
Crocodiles are extremely dangerous in survival, and can definitely kill you if you are not prepared. Here are some tips if you plan on hunting these beasts, or ways to survive when one spots you.

Kangaroos are neutral and tamable animals that spawn in savana an badlands. They usually spawn in group from 2-6 members, sometimes with smaller joeys in their pouch.

The kangaroo is neutral: if you fight it, it will fight back.
Kangaroo hops as they move around, they can deal 3 damage on easy and normal difficult and 5 damage on hard or hardcore.
The kangaroo can be tamed by giving it carrots. When tamed, you can give it dead bush or grass to breed it, both of which require shear to obtain.
When two kangaroos successfully produce a joey, the joey will actively seek out for adult kangaroo’s pouch and will stay there until it is mature.
Taming [ ]
Tamed kangaroos can be given three different orders:
— Sitting: The kangaroo will sit still and do nothing.
— Wandering: The kangaroo will wander aimlessly.
— Follow: The kangaroo will follow its owner.
Tamed kangaroos will defend its owner if set in wander or follow mode, moreover, the player can right-click their kangaroo and gain access to its pouch, where different things can be put in for the kangaroo to use.
— Sword: The kangaroo can equip a sword to increase their damage, any enchantments on the sword is also applied.
— Helmet and Chestplate: For protection, tamed roos can wear helmet and chestplate to increase their defense. Giving it a Crocodile Scute Chestplate makes it look somewhat like Steve Irwin, who is, ironically, Australian.
— Vegetables: When damaged, tamed kangaroos will look into their pouch and eat any veggies available in order to heal, making them a promonent sidekick, breads can also be put it, as it is also the food that heal the kangaroo the most, up to 8hp per snack.
Note: Gears will detoriate quicker when wore by kangaroos, this is an attemp to nerf tamed kangaroos from destroying everything, but if you with maximum discount smith villagers then that will not be a problem. If your tamed battle kangaroo happens to be latched on by a joey, then fear not, as you can still access its pouch while the joey is inside, the joey will leave when you right-clicked however, but it will just hop in right away.

Naming a wild or tamed kangaroo with the name «Roger» will make a golden halo to hover above the kangaroo’s head.

Appearance [ ]
Raccoons are mostly grey, with black on their feet and face, as well as a thick, black striped tail. Raccoons have a hunching posture, but can stand on their hindlegs when needed. At night, Raccoons’ eyes glow.
Behavior [ ]
Raccoons are neutral, and target no mobs. When attacking, they get on their hind legs and swipe their claws at their attacker.
On death, Raccoons can drop a Raccoon’s Tail.
Begging [ ]
If a player holds any food item near a Raccoon, it will begin begging for your food. However, this yields no benefits to the player if the Raccoon is given food.
Washing [ ]
When given a food item, Raccoons will try to find the nearest source of water to wash it and eat it.
Stealing [ ]
If a Raccoon is near a Chest, Barrel, or other inventory block that contains food inside it, they will open it and steal the food, before running away to wash and eat it. A Raccoon can only steal 1 food item at a time.
Taming [ ]
Raccoons can be tamed by giving them an Egg to wash. It may take multiple attempts.
Taming Features [ ]
Once tamed, Raccoons can be commanded to stay (sit), follow, and wander by right-clicking on them. They will target any mob you attack, or any mob that attacks you. Tamed Raccoons still beg, but do not steal.
Breeding [ ]
Raccoons can be bred with Bread (taming is not required).
