How to Summon a Fireball in Minecraft

You can summon a fireball whenever you want using a cheat (game command) in Minecraft. This is done using the /summon command. Let’s explore how to do this.

Summon Command
Summon Command in Minecraft Java Edition (PC/Mac)
In Minecraft Java Edition (PC/Mac) 1.16, the syntax to summon a fireball using the /summon command is:

How to Enter the Command
1. Open the Chat Window
The easiest way to run a command in Minecraft is within the chat window. The game control to open the chat window depends on the version of Minecraft:
2. Type the Command
In this example, we are going to summon a fireball in Minecraft Java Edition (PC/Mac) 1.16 with the following command:
Type the command in the chat window. As you are typing, you will see the command appear in the lower left corner of the game window. Press the Enter key to run the command.
You will see the message » Summoned new Fireball » appear in the lower left corner of the game window to indicate that the fireball has been summoned.
Congratulations, you have summoned a fireball in Minecraft.

Recently in 1.7, we got the /summon command, where people can summon mobs, entities, and other cool stuff to them or coordinates!
What most people don’t know (I didn’t) is that you can put a DataTag on certain entities to give them certain items (i.e. a zombie with full diamond armor) and make it AWESOME for adventure maps!
So basically, you do /summon (x) (y) (z)
/summon and it’ll summon it at your coordinates.
This is a really cool way to get enderdragons in the overworld, ender crystals, (they make amazing bombs, but that’s a tutorial for another time) or fireballs.
So, you type this command into your minecraft chat (copy and paste)
And it’ll summon a fireball with 0 explosion power right above you.
Now, you can change the explosion power to any number you want, but I am not responsible for any crashed computers 😉
My computer can barely make it past a level 200 fireball without crashing.
So, here are some of the explosions, with a level 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 50, and 100.
NOTE: The craters get bigger, but I just did the examples in my world for all of my bombs 😀

I’m assuming they’ve changed something that I don’t know about so I’ll ask you to correct the following command:

A bit of background before I ask the question:
I am making a system of command blocks that finds in arrow in the ground and replaces it with a fireball. Right now I am making the fireball go directly into the ground, but that doesn’t work very well when the arrow hits something on the side, as the fireball goes straight down.
