— Copy the «CONTENT» of «Soul Reaver 2» folder, and paste-it where you’ve installed your game.
PS: If you want to change screen resolution, (make a backup of «sr2.exe», just in case, then. )
launch «upx.bat», and open «sr2.ini» file. Modify here, this lines «Width = 1280» et «Height = 720» at values you want to.
PS2: You can change the Reshade, in «Reshade Options» folder, there are some others presets :
to install one, juste copy-paste the «FILE IN the wanted preset», in the same folder as «sr2.exe».

Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver
The following is a modification for Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, and focuses on the textures and Bink video files for the game. Each texture was extracted, and up-scaled, with adjustments to increase the overall quality of the textures. While each texture retains its 256×256 pixel resolution, many of the games assets are much clearer, and sharper.
The opening cinematic has been up-scaled for sharper details, and the current test renders have been included in this release. As the opening logos were much lower resolution, the Defiance logo opening was included.
I’ve also performed a complete re-haul of Kain’s textures as an optional download, using the higher resolution textures and re-worked visuals from the Dreamcast version, which changes Kain’s appearance to match the opening cinematic.
If you find a bug, please let me know where you found it, and I can compile a list of fixes to make.

Q: There are huge seams on the walls, and floors.
A: The game has always had those; however, now in places,
they are more obvious thanks to sharper textures.
Q: Everything is black except Raziel when I boot the game.
A: Something went wrong, either redownload the mod, or use the backup of the textures file.
If everything loads black, this means that no textures are loaded into the game.
Q: I get the error message on boot «Can’t load texture file named. «
A: Make sure your texture file has the exact name «textures.big».
Also, make sure the «textures.big» isn’t being read to, or written to by any other program.
Q: Is this a HD texture pack?
A: Unfortunately, no, as each texture has a 256×256 pixel limit, I can only improve the textures,
I cannot increase the resolution.
Q: The opening video has a low framerate?
A: The original opening runs at around 29 FPS, and while upscaling can add extra in-between frames, this often results in the AI drawing frames which can present mangled, or malformed visuals.
Q: I found a bug!

I can hunt down and fix textures if they’re pointed out.
