Описание: Первая версия Live for Speed Team появилась в далеком уже 2002 году. Появилась и сразу же покорила огромное число геймеров. Что неудивительно – игра LFS содержит то, чего так не хватает многим другим аналогам – уникальную физику. Здесь все как в жизни – никаких заданных параметров, масса нестандартных ситуаций…. Никогда не знаешь, чего ждать от машины, и в то же время из любого тупика есть как минимум несколько выходов. Как, в принципе, в управлении реальным автомобилем – не успел затормозить вовремя, например, но можно попробовать вписаться в поворот и на высокой скорости. Кстати, вот оно, пожалуй, главное отличие LFS – возможность дрифта.
Технические характеристики у машин различны, в зависимости от класса, но есть и нечто общее – это ощущение реальности в управлении. Ради одного этого стоит скачать LFS и попробовать свои силы.
Сюжет игры весьма прост, однако возможности сетевого режима вкупе с «реальным» поведением машины делают ее захватывающим и увлекательным занятием. Имитация поведения настоящей машины возможна благодаря очень точной настройке всех автосистем – подвески, тормоза, трансмиссии, шин…. Также есть возможность пройти водительское обучение, так что этот независимый симулятор вполне может дать неплохие навыки для реального вождения. Что касается трасс, то они встречаются в двух видах – асфальтные и ралликроссовые, то есть асфальт с грунтом. Количество же их, как и автомобилей, достаточно велико.
Разработчики Live for Speed Team постарались на славу не только с физикой – игра поддерживает огромное количество языков, и русский в том числе. В 2005 году игра получила первые места в номинациях «Лучшая физика», «Лучший мультиплеер» и «Симулятор года» по версии сайта bhmotorsports.com.
