В сборку вошли моды :
Все моды на Русском языке
Установка:
Скачайте нужную вам версию сборки
Распакуйте скаченный архив с помощью архиватора 7z
Перекиньте паку Mods (именно папку Mods )
в папку Documents –>Electronic Arts–>The Sims 4
Не забудьте включить моды в настройках игры.
Не забывайте чистить кэш (файл localthumbcache.package, содержимое папки cache (кроме файла FileCache.cfg), содержимое папок cachestr и lotcacheddata.
Внимание:
Большинство модов конфликтуют со сборкой, во избежание конфликтов, сборку рекомендуется ставить на чистую игру (без модов)
ВАЖНО
Распаковывать нужно не WinRar, а архиватором 7z, иначе потеряете часть файлов и будут ошибки.
Все папки в папке Mods так и должны находится там.
Если у вас ошибки, вылеты и тд, значит ваша версия игры не соответствует требованием сборки (Читайте внимательно вверху)
Либо вы установили сборку не на чистую игру (с другими модами)
Перед установкой сборки удалить папку Mods во избежание проблем.

Для обеспечения возможности покупки участков требуется дополнение Get to Work.
Добраться до работы нужно было, чтобы иметь возможность покупать объекты!

Вы должны изменить Тип Места на специальное Место в меню Построить, чтобы иметь возможность купить следующие Места!
Добавлены новые параметры «Открыть собственный бизнес» и «Закрыть собственный бизнес» на дверях, если Лот является одним из следующих пользовательских предприятий и принадлежит активному домашнему хозяйству. Собственный бар, Собственное кафе, Собственный клуб, Собственный караоке-бар, Собственный лаундж, Собственный центр отдыха, Кинотеатр и игровой центр. Если лот принадлежит активному домохозяйству, бизнес будет закрыт по умолчанию после первой поездки в лот и может быть открыт через взаимодействие. Гости не появятся, если Бизнес закрыт. Это не влияет на сотрудников. Если вы посещаете пользовательский Бизнес в качестве гостя, он будет открыт по умолчанию. (Имейте в виду: после закрытия лота несколько симов, которые уже находятся в процессе «порождения», все равно прибудут к лоту. Вы можете использовать мою силу для выхода из лота, чтобы позволить им затем уйти). Эта новая функция открытия / закрытия совместима с Больше посетителей мод.

So I’ll start from the beginning. Awhile ago I started work on a park for Newcrest, on the Midtown Meadows lot. I got bored after awhile and saved my progress in my gallery, then I replaced it with another lot. I eventually decided to start all over and deleted all my save data. So I decide to finish my park. I place it on the lot and work on it. When I go to change lot type to park, I find I can’t change the lot type at all. It simply says «generic» and when I hover over it, it says «disabled for special venues». Apparently it’s working as a residential lot as I moved a Sim in, but it still says generic as it’s venue type. I tried moving a Sim in, then moving them out, didn’t work. I tried deleting the items that I used bb.showhiddenobjects to place but it did nothing. I tried making sure it met every requirement for the lot type I wanted, nothing.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I really don’t want to have to start over.

Oh, right. Forgot to mention I tried that as well. But I’ll give it another shot.
EDIT: Didn’t work :c I also forgot to mention that, when I bulldoze the lot, it still has the same problem. The only way to really change it is to place a lot from the gallery of a different type, then it changes to that type. The problem is that, once I place the park over other venues, it changes back.
It’s driving me nuts at this point.

I am currently having this exact problem. I have made a post in the technical thread hoping for some help. Rosemow has been over there trying to offer me some help. I have tried everything, new sims 4 folder, new save, nothing takes this lot off of the generic lot type. No matter whatever lot type I try to put there is remains locked on Generic. Hope we get some resolution.
Wondering also since it may be a last resort, if I repair the game in origin, will I lose everything including my newly designed town?

There has been other simmers affected by this issue as well.
I am just posting here links to threads that other simmers have posted about the issue,
For simmers affected, you may need to start a new save game file.
If you have an earlier backup of the save game try testing to see if the issue is not affecting that game version.
You could also try rolling back to an earlier version to test if the issue is there.

Hello.
To start a new save game file, go to the main screen and press the » +» button that is at the top of the screen. That will create a new save game file.
This picture explains it.
«Save as» is saving another new copy of the same game file.
There is a workaround for the issue, that is posted in this thread on the AHQ EA site. Try doing that and see if it hejps

If you still have issues, try saving your sims to your library and save their homes to your library, then start a new game and place them into the new save game.
They will lose though any relationships that your sims have with sims not in their household, and will lose their inventory and collections progress. They will retain though their skills and their careers.
Hey there, I hope someone can help me out please. I got something similar problem, I just build a bar. previously there was a house. I’m trying to change the type of lot to Bar but it saying that I cannot change it because the lot is owned.. I can’t understand how to change it or re-own the place..

Edit : you could also try bulldozing the current lot after saving the bar to your library. Then go back to manage worlds. Then go to bulld mode on the lot, try changing it to the bar type then, place the build from your library onto the empty lot, and see if that helps the issue.

Important Info Regarding Venue Lists
What is a Venue List?
A Venue List is a file that contains information for every region (or world) in the game, such as what kind of lot types should be available to place there. Due to the way the game is coded, it’s unfortunately not possible to add to these lists with a script file. Using a modded Venue List such as this one is necessary in order to enable custom lot types created by mod authors.
Can I Have Several Venue Lists?
No, you cannot have more than one Venue List in your Mods folder at any given time. Due to the aforementioned issue about not being able to add venues into this file format by script, there can only be one.
You can in theory have several but your game will only read one of them, so if it reads an outdated Venue List first your game might not show all venues correctly, be it custom venues made by various Mod Authors or new venues provided from new game packs.
Which Custom Venues are Included In This List?
As far as I know, all of them. That includes LittleMsSam’s venues, Zerbu’s venues, my own venues, AEP, ItsKatatoe’s Tumbling Tots Co // Active Daycare Career and ChippedSims graveyard. In fact, if you find that you are missing a custom venue by any Mod Author when using this (and only this) Venue List, let me know about it on my Discord server, and I’ll add it right away.
The great thing about these lists is that if they include a custom Venue that you have in fact not installed in your Mods folder, it simply won’t show up in any region, nor will it throw an error or cause any issues with your game.
The main reason I wanted to make this universal Venue List is for your convenience. I will do my utmost to always keep this up to date for new game packs and new custom venues from other Mod Authors.
