AutoBuild. Изменяет логику автопостройки кораблей; предположительно должен помогать строить ИИ корабли лучшей конфигурации чем в ваниле.
Colony Display. Позволяет видеть на карте галактики, поселенцы какой именно расы находятся на борту колонизационного корабля.
DamageDisplay. Во время боя мод отображает разными цветами все три вида полученных повреждений. То есть если выстрел пробил щиты, броню и повредил корпус, то мы увидим вместе синие цифры урона, желтые и красные соответственно.
Diplomacy. Исправляет баг ванилы; предположительно увеличивает количество разнообразных акцентов, с которыми чужие расы могут обратиться к вам по дипломатическим каналам.
EmpireLimit. Число компьютерных соперников увеличивается до 30, т.е. в итоге получается 32 игрока, считая нас и новоорионцев.
FinanceWraparound. Устраняет баг, когда ваша казна становится отрицательной при достижении слишком большой суммы (больше чем 2^31, т.е. 2,15 млрд АЮ), вызывая автоматическое банкротство. Мод не позволяет казне стать больше этой суммы. Но это не поможет в том случае, если доход за один ход превышает указанную сумму.
GroundCombat. Чинит влияние расовых бонусов на планетарные сражения (?).
SenateVictory. Для победы в сенате требуется получение 2/3 голосов. Если империя получила меньше 2/3 но все же большинство голосов, то она становится главой сената, но не становится победителем.
Sitrep. Чинит баг с рапортами: в ваниле если попытаться перейти из рапортов о наземных сражениях по ссылке, игра вела на пустую страницу или крашилась; приходилось перезагружаться.
SpyMissions. Исправляет забагованные шпионские миссии (?).
StuckTech. Исправляет неправильное вычисление необходимого количества ходов для завершения исследования технологии. (Возможно, известный баг поздних стадий игры, когда для исследования технологии требуется 140 ходов, а в окошко влезает только две цифры, и получается парадокс, когда на одном ходу для завершения исследования нужно 10 ходов, а на следующем – уже 99?)
TFD isplay. Исправляет ошибку, когда созданный флот не появлялся тут же на карте галактики (а именно такой вариант создания боевых единиц доступен для ИИ соперников). До появления фикса можно было увидеть построенный флот благодаря двойному нажатию клавишы «B».
TFsPerCombat. Позволяет изменить максимальное количество флотов, участвующих в сражении, с каждой из сторон. По умолчанию этот максимум установлен на 10 флотов (+1 планета, +звёздные базы вокруг неё, +1 группы внутрисистемных кораблей). Мод позволяет расширить кол-во до 50, что очень не рекомендуется создателем мода, так как это сильно грузит систему.
TechTurnsRemaining. Исправляет неверное отображение оставшегося времени для завершения исследования.
TransportDisband. В ваниле все транспорты ИИ автоматически расформировываются после одного хода. Установка патча позволяет ИИ успешно добраться до пункта назначения и попытаться вторгнуться на планету.
TransportSelection. Меняет логику сортировки кораблей в резерве и списке расформированных соединений.
Также данная сборка модов для игры Master of Orion 3 (MoO3) включает в себя графический мод aruspexV2.08, увеличивающий внутриигровое разрешение до 1024х768.

Итак, архив состоит из трёх папок.
Master of Orion 3 — папка содержит файлы мода MoO3 Unofficial Patch Mod Vanilla v1.5, наложенные на русификатор от ДиГриза. В связи с особенностями кодировки файлов игры, строки, добавленные собственно модом, остались на английском.
Мод на графику (aruspexV2.08) — графический мод, увеличивающий разрешение.
Русские озвучка и ролики — два маленьких патчика, добавляющие русскую озвучку во внутриигровые сообщения и ролики.
Мануал к игре (на русском) — официальный мануал, переведённый на русский язык. Если вы играете в МОО3 впервые, рекомендуется его прочитать – игра не слишком дружелюбна к новичкам.
1. Перенести содержимое папки Master of Orion 3 в папку с установленной игрой с заменой файлов. Внимание! Игра должна быть пропатчена до версии 1.2.5!
Для установки сборки модов подходит как стимовская, так и гоговская версии игры, а также любая пиратская сборка.
2. Опционально. Если вы хотите поиграть в графический мод, то перенесите содержимое папки Мод на графику (aruspexV2.08) в папку с установленной игрой с заменой файлов.
3. Опционально. Если вы хотите играть с русской озвучкой, запустите два файла из папки Русские озвучка и ролики.
4. Если вы играете впервые, прочитайте мануал – поможет, честно 🙂

5.1. Щёлкните кнопку Browse (справа, первая снизу) и укажите путь к файлу Moo3.exe.
5.2. Щёлкните кнопку Install (справа, в серединке).
5.3. Из списка предлагаемых патчей выберите те, что вам нужны, и для каждого щёлкните кнопку Patch (справа, первая сверху). Внимание! Патчер можно зависать и вылетать, в таком случае запустите его ещё раз. Цель – чтобы в колонке Status отобразилось Patched.
