Especially the testing side of developing a mod can last long and be aggravating. But seeing the joyful feedback of you does encourage my enthusiasm to continue developing. Making profit has never been my goal. I never ask to be paid for my work and services. Tried out 5.0
The mod is worth checking out even if just for the towns/buildings, it was fascinating to walk the streets and visit the church.
For example some cities reminded me of Venice.
The soundtrack style is awesome. Some orchestrated pieces reminds of early victorian romantic vibe to it.
Err they even put Doom’s song wth (look for «victory music» from the original old game not the reboot) it almost cracked me up during a tournament.
I think it is time we consider to have this mod made for Bannerlord.
this one mod is literally the peak of warband modding in sp paired with deluge on mp. the things these guys did on 2014 made me think warband had no limits, but the only thing that had no limits was these people. Oh man i loved if they made a youtube video to explain how they did it just for curiosity. The proggression with renown was the most inmersive thing ive experienced in mount and blade, compared to the bloated bannerlord where you just see the screen full of numbers everywhere as it was some kind of devbuild.
you know an interesting thing that you could do in this mod, put the same in cities, and in the islands, buildings of evolution, evolve the castles that we built in cities, the farms could become villages, or put another building and place city, 1 city and 6 castles just the way it is, and instead of a farm per village, or putting the option of upgrading the farm to the village, I think it would make quite an evolution for this mod, putting it in version 6

I think you can change nations technological advancement speed in camp menu but still this mod is mainly early Renassaince

Hows the crashing issues?
Damn, I was JUST playing a bunch of Nova Aetas and had to quit because pretty much all of the Swadian and Rhodok Lords were stuck outside of Zendar. Perfect timing!
I get constant crashes as a freelancer in a lords army, not sure if they would occur in regular battles. Didn’t happen in earlier versions.
Also when a lord gets captured in battle with me in his army, I get to keep all the stuff without penalty. I guess that’s alright, but the quest that I remain in a lords army still remains in the quest log and otherlords greet me as a noble.

I have this bug too, I try all way to fix that but still crash
I’m having trouble with the 5.0 version. I’m enlisted in a lord’s army and when he besieges a castle, the game crashes when I click to enter the battle.
I still get »invalid opcode 16» error after I begin any battle.

Strange, you can disable ENBseries by deleting enbseries.ini

Cant really play much, seems to mostly just crash, when going through item selection on cheat mode it crashed, also crashed when enlisted under a noble for their army, and they started a siege, and I went to join, as soon as I clicked to join it just crashed.

How does one put in money into their kingdom treasury?
I’ve been searching around, and I can’t seem to find how
So I’m a little confused, I found how to put money into the kingdom treasury, however there’s also the town treasury from what I understand, how do I also put in money in that one.
for town u can speak with town elder manage town and get me to treasury there u can put money or demand money

Please keep a difference between town management and kingdom management. Since you have your court at the town, all civil servants will show up. Donate money to the town’s treasury by hiring the Commissioner of Finance.
About the traits thing, sometimes i get the chance to choose an option for the traits like I am supposed to, but sometimes it just randomly gives me a trait. Why?
Go to the chancellor and hire the Tax Assessor/Treasurer and donate gold to the treasure. It will give you a chance on gaining positive traits as well.

-cullmar castle (i think ) when i want to leave by door i pres f then tab and it gives me the menu to buy residences (in the castle)
— when some lady gave me a mission to rescue or ransom some lord i went to the town i spoke with the guardian and he didn’t gave me the key or fight me, i offered him 100f to let me in but i got quest complete (halmhar town)

I have a problem, it could be a bug.
Every character I create, after a few days in play develops the ‘ugly’ trait. It does not give me options, I simply develop this trait. In any character, man, woman, random.
Always this trait of ‘ugly’, independent of the physical customization of the character.
What can it be? What to do? Thank you

Hey, loving the mod but I keep getting the ugly trait without doing anything how do I change that? Or is that a bug because I tested it with a few different characters and near like the 6th to 7th into the new character they get the trait. Thanks in advance for the response!

Artillery
Artillery is a revolutionary new feature added to the mod in v4.0. There’s currently only field artillery and there are no plans to add siege artillery.

Requirements [ ]
To properly use cannons in battles, you’ll need at least:
Note that while ammo can run out in battle it will not be deleted from your inventory. At least 2-3 sets of cannonballs and gunpowder is recommended per cannon.
Usage [ ]
Artillery is very expensive and requires a solid financial base. Revolutionary is the way how cannonballs use true ballistics, similar to Napoleonic Warfare.
You can use up to 6 cannons in one battle just equal to your opponent. AI lords use artillery as well, though they are rare. Kings tend to have more cannons. The King of the Rhodoks especially loves artillery. He can bring 6 cannons into one battle if you’re unlucky.
Cannons are spawned (as long as you meet the requirements) in a random position either just in front of or just behind the rest of your army. Because of this I would not recommend you rely too heavily on cannons in mountainous areas.
In battle cannoneers will find an eligible opponent to fire at. They’ll aim at the ground just before the enemy troops. Cannonballs will always bounce once and land further away, causing terror to all troops between (and more damage). Additionally cannons can shoot at a very tall angle so do not worry too much about placing your troops close in front of them.
Select Artillery group with 4 (not numpad). Use F1 to manually set a target (place a flag on the battlefield) to fire on. Now your cannoneers will shoot at this position. Don’t aim on the ground before the enemy troops as cannoneers are perfectly capable to do this themselves. Warband functions such as ‘hold fire’ and ‘charge’ can be used to stop/continue shooting. Do this to prevent friendly fire.
Cannoneers [ ]
Cannoneers are mercenaries and can be upgraded 2x, to ‘Experienced Cannoneers’ and further to ‘Veteran Cannoneers’. They’ll load the cannons much faster.
Unfortunately because of how the cannoneers are coded I have noted some issues with following commands when they are not manning a cannon. It is not advised that you bring any more than you need to man your artillery, as they are also quite poor in melee.

I have also found this function to be quite buggy, so I would not recommend relying on this method of using cannons.
