Чтобы открыть Хокаге Наруто,необходимо чтобы на жестком диске консоли было сохранение из Storm 2 или Generations.

Альтернативный способ открытия Sasuke (EMS) :
Чтобы открыть Саске с ВМШ надо пройти небольшой квест. После того как вы прошли игру идите к дому Хокаге и найдите лягушку. Она даст вам квест на 500 кристаллов. Собрать их легко, за 1 кристалл дается 20 шт. В итоге вам надо собрать всего 25 штук. Потом вам надо до собрать до 5000. То есть в общем надо собрать 250 камушков. Потом вас отправят за главным кристаллом(в описании квеста посмотрите куда вам идти). Когда вы возьмете этот кристалл, вы начнете новую главу после которого откроется Саске ВМШ.
