Q: Can I install this mod without having to start a new game?
A: Yes! You should be able to install this mod at any point in your play-through without issue.
Q: How easy is it to remove this mod? Will uninstalling it break my save game?
A: This mod can be easily removed by deleting all its files or using the mod’s included uninstaller. Removing this mod mid play-through should cause no issues.
Q: Will this mod increase my load time a lot?
A: This mod may add a few seconds (or longer depending on how bad your computer is) when a save is first loaded as we need to find all to localization text in the game. Thankfully, we save what we found so subsequent first loads will not take as long. When ever the game updates, this load time increase may appear again as we will likely need to check for new text.
Q: How do I change my sim’s preferred pronouns?
A: Click any sim and go to NeonOcean > Refer > Pronoun Settings. Select the «Pronouns» option in the dialog that appears to choose the sim’s preferred pronouns.
Q: Will you add in a way for gender non-conforming sims to ask others to use their preferred pronouns?
A: I might add in a simple interaction to allow this but it wouldn’t affect whether or not others use your sim’s pronouns as there is no real way to determine who’s talking. Just think of the sims world as one in which even your worst enemy respects your pronouns and everyone can use telepathy to determine what your preferred pronouns are.
Q: A set of pronouns I want my sim to use isn’t in this mod, is there any way for me to add them?
A: Right now, there is no way for you to add in a custom pronoun set. But I do plan to add in a way soon.

Q: How do I buy woohoo protection?
A: You can buy such items with a computer, just go to the order menu and select «Purchase From Protect Tech». Alternatively, If your living off the grid or just don’t own a computer, you can order woohoo protection buy mail using a mail box.
Q: How do I know when a sim is fertile?
A: Download the Dot Period & Ovulation Tracker app to the phone of a sim who has a menstrual cycle and select the «show cycle status» option.
Q: How can I adjust long a menstrual cycle should last?
A: Click any sim and go to NeonOcean > Cycle > Mod Settings. Once you’ve entered the mod settings dialog go to Time Settings > Reproductive Speed.
Q: How many days should I set cycles to last for?
A: Generally, I recommend setting it to as long as you think you could be bothered to wait for. I think about 8 days is the best mix of not having to wait for ever and not having a sim’s fertile window be too short.
Q: How short could I reasonably make a cycle last?
A: All though you are allowed to go to about as low as 1 day, I do not recommend less than 3 days. At around 3 days or less, you will start to experience some issues. For example, your sim’s periods might be too short for the effects to actually appear. If you elect play with such short cycles, the use of quick mode basically required in order to have the any possibility of pregnancy.

This update makes Hard mode significantly more feasible to play by moving the original hard version to a completely new difficulty altogether. If you want to play the old Hard tracks, select the new fourth difficulty option: Crazy from the Story or Freeplay menu. Since all of the charts have been shifted upwards on the difficulty scale, this means that EVERY HARD OR LOWER DIFFICULTY CHART HAS EFFECTIVELY BEEN NERFED. Easy mode now has new, even easier charts!
So I’ll give y’all this explicit warning since that old absurd speed’s now been contained: If you find Crazy too crazy, play on hard. There is NO EXTRA CONTENT unlocked for beating the mod on the hardest difficulties, and EVERY CHART has FOUR DIFFICULTIES now.
The options are there to make this mod as accessible to as many people as possible. So, if you default to hard, things should be better for you. But remember: there are literally easier charts in this mod for everything.
( Yes, Transgression has non-finger spam versions. )
(If you attempt to play previous weeks on Crazy mode, it’ll default to their Hard tracks. Previous weeks cannot have unique charts made for Crazy difficulty like this mod can.)
Reduced the scroll speed of Hard mode charts. Hopefully this makes things more humane for people who mainly play on Hard!

Hey! I’m CryoGX and I’ve been solo-developing a videogame for a while now. («AdventNEON» or «Advent NEON», take your pick) Seeing this game come around, I figured I’d make a mod that crosses the two over!
If you enjoy this, definitely check out my game as well! In both cases I made the new art, music, animations, sounds etc. The only exception to this is the wallpaper on the main menu, drawn by @SIR_AMITY!
This mod extends Kade Engine (1.3.1) by KadeDeveloper with some QoL tweaks. Mostly to iron out the kinks left by only replacing the assets/charts. I do not recommend you use this mod with other versions of Kade Engine as these tweaks may be lost. (As such, this version of the engine will NOT check for updates anymore.) This means you can enable Kade Engine options such as DFJK inputs and Etterna hit detection! Make sure to check out the Options Menu if these features interest you!
Week 6 is COMPLTELY replaced:
-Featuring 3 rearranged soundtracks from my game, AdventNEON!
-New sounds and music for the misc. stuff like pausing and dialogue!
-Unique dialogue and level backdrops!
-Neon replaces Senpai and Spirit.
-Bf/gf-pixel have been updated with 2 new spritesheets each.
-And more!

*A disclaimer on the difficulties: Crazy and Hard’s charts are about the same. Crazy’s main difference is its increased scroll speed. Unlike other difficulties, it’s entirely intended to gut-check you based on how well you can play the same track on Hard.
If you’re wondering what the heck I was thinking here: it’s that FNF is insanely forgiving with the fact that you aren’t punished for spamming/mispressing buttons. There’s no Lunatic mode in FNF (officially), but I wanted Crazy to be absolutely brutal, without resorting to filler notes. So I highly recommend playing this week on Normal or Hard before tackling it on the new Crazy mode. As its name suggest, you are Crazy for trying it. (You do not unlock anything for beating the week on the hardest difficulties.)

Keybindings are mostly blank and controller has buttons swapped. To install drag and drop contents of update rpf folder into update.rpf. HD Vision.ini is a ReShade preset.
