Ранее мод назывался “Fallout Project Brazil”. Новая Калифорнийская Республика пришла в проход Каджон несколько лет назад, победив рейдеров, удерживавших земли в Юнион-Сити. Надеясь использовать шоссе I-15 для расширения своего влияния в Неваде, их лидер, генерал Сильверман, должен укрепить разоренные войной границы или столкнуться с экономическим крахом из-за вмешательства сенатора Невила ДюВилля.
Ваш персонаж невольно ввязывается в этот конфликт, едва спасшись из Убежища 18. Теперь игроку придётся выживать в мире, где все фракции, каждая из которых имела дела с Разведчиками пустошей, ищут его ради своих целей.
