Пока для ремейка 2019 года не вышили сценарии всех персонажей играть остается только в ремастер 2015 года (который мне нравится даже больше), да и технических проблем у него поменьше, но графику подтянуть то хочется. Об этом и будет это руководство. В нем я собрал всяческие улучшения и решения пороблем с игрой Pathologic Classic HD или же Мор (Утопия), котрые нашел на просторах интернета или же додумался сам, что бы вам не пришлось.
Данное переиздание Мора получило текстуры более высокого разрешения, а так же поддержку разрешений вплоть до 1920×1200 пикселей, но что делать счастливым обладателям экранов с разрешенем 4k или же 3840×2160 пикселей?
Крайне рекомендуется устанавливать все на чистую, еще НИ РАЗУ НЕ запущеную игру, многие люди сталкивались с проблемами которые решались полной переустановкой игры, удаляя ее папку из папки стима «Steam\steamapps\common\Pathologic Classic HD»
Не забываем копировать имеющиеся сохранения из папки с игрой перед переустановкой «Steam\steamapps\common\Pathologic Classic HD\Saves»
Одной из таких частых проблем является не запускающаяся игра
Очень вероятно что игра у вас будет сильно тормозить раз в несколько секунд, если внимательно присмотреться и прислушаться, то можно заметить что лаги происходят в момент начала воспроизведения звука. Это связано с архивированными файлами в папке игры
Проблема решается их разорхивированием с помощью данной программы
После чего там появятся соответствующие 10 папок, папка video была там изначально
После чего необходимо в файле config.ini в самом конце изменить строчки так как показано на скриншоте, все они уже написаны в блоке для копирования ниже
Данная проблема возникает из-за того что после всех этих улучшений игре требуется больше памяти, которую она получить не может
В решении проблемы нам поможет 4gb path, который можно скачать по ссылке ниже
Запустите его и укажите на запускной файл игры «Pathologic Classic HD\bin\Final\Game.exe»
После чего увидете вот такое окошко с сообщением о том, что все прошло удачно
Если у вас монитор до 1920×1200 пикселей то вам всего лишь нужно выбрать разрешение вашего монитора в настройках игры или файле с настройками в папке с игрой
Если же у вас монитор 4k то вам придется скачать новые текстуры, сделанные мной с помощью ии, по ссылке ниже
Просто перенести все из папки 4k в папку data с заменой файлов
Я повысил разрешение текстур в 4 раза с помощию ии
Видеоролики в разрешении 3840×2160 (4k) проапскейленные с помощью ии, рекомендуется к использованию при любых разрешениях экрана, не обязательно 4k
Скачать и поместить папку Video в папку data с заменой
Мод за авторством 𝔸𝕟𝕕𝕪⚚ℕ𝕠𝕩 делает ночи гораздо реалистичнее и атмосфернее, ссылка на скачивание и гайд по установке предоставлена ниже
Если скачали его выше то можете пропустить этот шаг, если же хотите покопаться самостоятельно то инструкция ниже
Перейти в папку с игрой например таким способом
Файл config.ini находится в папке data «Pathologic Classic HD\data\config.ini» открываем его с помощью блокнота и редактируем
После того как закончите редактирование сохраните файл и, нажав по нему пкм, свойства, поставьте ему атрибут Read-only / Только чтение
Если захотите позже отредактировать файл снова, то атрибут Read-only / Только чтение придется снять, отредактировать и выставить снова, чтобы игра его не перезаписала
На скриншоте ниже представлены настройки которые я бы рекоммендовал выставлять, за исключением разрешения экрана, его ставите как у вашего монитора

Let’s get into the details!
In deciding where to put time sprucing up visuals, the firearms in the game seemed like the obvious choice. They’re some of the most notable items obtained and getting them felt as if it could be more rewarding to the player. All weapons therefore received a visual upgrade, as well as muzzeflashes for the main three weapons.
-The revolver has had a reskin, doubling the resolution and adding in lots of updated details sourced directly from the real life weapon (a Webley-Fosbery)
-The rifle has been reskined with double the resolution, AI-upscaled textures, and revised details with real reference from the real-life weapon (a Berdan No.2 Carbine)
-The double-barrelled pistol (a Remington Model 95) has been retextured, with AI upscaled textures and improved details from reference images of the real-life equivalent
-The revolver, rifle, and shotgun have all had their muzzleflashes updated to better fit the graphics of the game, as well as the rifle receiving its own unique muzzleflash since it previously shared the revolver’s

Besides the weapons, a few backend visuals have been changed in some way.

Along with a visual upgrade, all weapons also received new sounds! These were designed to make their firing sounds and reload sounds more satisfying. The weapons are incredibly rare anyway, so they may as well be satisfying to use.
-Revised firing sounds for the revolver, overlaying real-life recordings of revolvers and other weapons to create a meatier sound. In keeping with the gun having a longer barrel, the sound is more of an explosive hiss
-Improved revolver reload sound FX
-Revised firing sounds for the rifle, including heavier bass and beefier weapon shot effects with some mechanical undertone to give weight to the gun
-Improved rifle reload sound FX
-Revised shotgun firing sound, having a bigger bang and deeper bass for a more explosive SFX fitting of the gun’s ammunition
-Improved shotgun reload sound FX
-Improved empty sound effects for all guns

Besides weapon sounds, a few other event-based sounds were modified.
-Replaced the butcher death sound with a new take by a voice actor since this death sound was reused for another enemy type
Pathologic’s English translation was famously obtuse. Classic HD’s is considerably better, but many awkward phrases and difficult lines of dialogue are still present in the game’s files. Moreover, the weapons could do with updated details to make them fit better into the world.
-Extra details have been added to all weapon text, noting the real name of the weapon (if applicable), as well as changing a few details to be more accurate. The Shotgun, has it has no real-life equivalent but is named Samopal in the game files, has been nicknamed the Samopal in-game too.
-A lot of the English dialogue (several thousand lines) have had their translations improved, fixing grammar and punctuation as well as adjusting dialogue so it’s more readable. Some really clunky phrases were rewritten. Due to the sheer number of lines in this game, this treatment could not be feasibly applied across the entire narrative, but hopefully enough were touched that a general improvement in conversation readability is visible
