Ragmorph is an addon for garrysmod created by Sakarias88.
After installing Ragmorph, go ahead and load up a map. I suggest a big map such as gm_bigcity so you can go crazy in it with your wild imagination.
But first, the basics.
When you first opened the spawn menu, you may (or not) noticed a new tab on the upper right section of the screen
Horaay! Ragmorph is working perfectly and ready for use!
The ragmorph tab is divided into 2 sections: General and Stools (not an actual stool)
The General section gives you the basics of ragdoll commands, and some options to modifiy your needs.
The Commands menu:
Pretty simple, eh?
The Options menu consists of random choices you can enable/disable. Explore it!
The Rigging menu is what makes this addon unique. With this menu, you can tick/untick certian bodyparts of the playermodel to move freely!
(For those who don’t understand, it makes that an unticked body part will ragdoll while the ticked body parts still have animations)
This tool is useful for machinimas or silly gmod videos.
Once you loaded the map and read the basics (which you probably skipped) It’s time for the good stuff!
Open the Commands menu in the General section and press Rag Morph mode ON
You will enter third person. Once you pressed the enable Rag Morph button, you can now turn yourself into a ragdoll, freeze yourself, use tools and have tons of fun.
You can turn yourself into a ragdoll when pressing Ragdoll mode ON
If you’re too lazy to open up the menu everytime, do the following:
1. Open the Developer console.
2. Type in «bind [KEY] WobbleToggleRagdoll» (without the » marks)
3. The key you bind will turn you into a ragdoll when pressed
ex: bind g WobbleToggleRagdoll
Now when i press my G button, i will turn into a ragdoll. Pressing G again will turn me back to normal.
NOTE: When pressed without Rag Morph mode, it will enable it.
Now you can do ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane stunts, throw yourself at walls, freefall and pretend you’re Johnny Knoxville.
If you’re interested seeing the falls in slow motion, go ahead and type «phys_timescale 0.1» into the developer console. This will make everything physical (Ragdolls, props) move slower than normal. If you wanna go back to normal type «phys_timescale 1«
If you’re done throwing yourself at walls and/or want to know what’s next, welcome.
Ragmorph has a feature that allows you to make your own ragdoll a part of a contraption. WHOA!
In here, i’ll also teach you a little about the Stools section.
Instead of jumping into walls or edges, resulting in painful yet enjoyable injuries, our ragdoll wants to do stuff too. If we want our playermodel to do something, we need some props.
Let’s say we want our dude push a shopping cart (or a cart, whatever) with a ballon attached to his butt:
First, spawn the cart. Change its physical properties to super ice so it can slide perfectly. Unfreeze his arms with the rigging menu. Open the ragmorph menu and press the Freeze Rag Morph button. Your playermodel should have freezed, now put the cart infront of the playermodel. (If skipped the rigging menu part, you can also unfreeze his arms with the physgun
Position his arms on the handle, and make the cart no-collide with the ragdoll. You’ll need to use the DEFAULT no-collide since it only works with the ragdoll itself, but not the playermodel. Then simply weld his arms onto the handle of the cart.
If you’re think you’re done, press the Un-freeze Rag Morph button. But you may encounter this problem:
Since the default no-collide tool works only on the freezed ragdoll, Freeze the Rag Morph again, and use the special No-collide player tool in the Stools menu. Equip it and mark the cart.
Problem solved! next, simply attach his promised balloon, Unfreeze Rag Morph and you’re done!
Don’t forget to ragdoll yourself for extra laughs
Ballons kill too, don’t forget to no-collide them :v
Of course, don’t forget that with the tools you have, nearly all of them are usable on your ragdoll!
Now that you know nearly all the possibilities in this mod, let’s go even more deeper.
We’re still not done with the Stools section. The Stools section adds even more features which could be combined into interesting results.
Rag-mover allows you to move certian body parts of ragdolls to specific directions. Force and direction can be modified!
This tool is very useful for machinimas, since it opens a new way of animating using hotkeys.
The Set NPC Ragmorph tool is similliar to the rigging menu in the General section, But it allows you to rig bones of NPCs! Your dream of creating awkward metro-cops who chase you with a floating stunstick has come true.
This tool allows you to turn a spawned ragdoll into your playermodel. However, the ragdoll must have the same skeleton build. (The reason why TF2 models doesnt work with it)
First, spawn a ragdoll (I use this handsome)
Next, Pull out the Set Ragmorph tool. Mark the ragdoll with the primary, then do again with secondary. Once you did it, Press R and the ragdoll should have applied to you. Even though its still on the ground, Press Rag Morph Mode ON in the commands menu and the ragdoll should disappear. Now its you!

Q: I installed RagMorph. What i do now?
A: Start Garry’s Mod, Select Sanbox gamemode, load a map and follow the instructions i written in basics section.
Q: RagMorph is being weird lately. How do i fix it?
A: Some addons are probably conflicting with Ragmorph. Make sure you play with less addons. If not, disable some.
Q: Ragmorph is really buggy for me! How do i fix it?
A: Like I stated above, It could be other addons conflicting with Ragmorph. Try deleting a few addons you don’t use.
Q: How do i enable the developer console?
A: Go to main menu, Options > Keyboard > Advanced > Enable developer console.
Q: How do i open the developer console?
A: Press the
button (under the Esc button) If doesn’t work, make sure you have that button binded.
Q: Does this work in Multiplayer?
A: Yes. Although it’s quite buggy.
Q: Are there more commands i can bind in the developer console?

In conclusion, This addon provides lots of new features which can be combined into interesting and creative results. If you ever though about downloading this addon, i highly recommend it for movie makers and for those who look for unique addons.

Rag Morph
How does it work?
A ragdoll will be pasted on the player.
You can then decide which parts should mimic the player.
The parts that doesn’t will be able to move freely.
What can I do with it?
This can become very handy when making machinimas.
You can for example attach a box on the ragdoll and then walk around with it without any custom animations.
You can either use console commands for faster access
or
you use the command buttons under the RagMorph tab.
WobbleCreate
This console command will spawn a ragdoll and paste it on the player.
By default all the ragdoll bones will be stuck on the player.
You will also get a third person view since the ragdoll blocks your view in first person.
Using this console command while in ragmorph mode will undo it and you will return to first person view.
WobbleFreeze
If you have a Wobble Man spawned it will freeze it and you will return to first person view.
This will also only freeze the bones you have set to mimic the player.
When the Wobble Man is freezed you are free to change the face pose, attach objects on it or
use the rag mover tool.
WobbleToggleRagdoll
This just turns your ragMorph into a ragdoll.
Sort of works like a death ragdoll.
Set Rag Morph
Primary fire:
Select a default RagMorph model. The model will always be used as RagMorph until you change it to some other
Secondary fire:
Select a specific ragdoll.
Use the un-freeze command to start using the specific ragdoll.
Reload:
Select the player model as default RagMorph model.
No collide player
This tool is handy when attaching parts on the ragdoll.
Even if you have nocollided the attached parts with the ragdoll it doesn’t mean that they are nocollided with the
player.
The parts will be nocollided with the player when using the set owner stool on them.
When you are the «owner» of a part you will be nocollided with it, the No collide player tool also have some
defects. When you are the owner of a prop you will be unable to touch it with the physgun, to counter this you can
un-own it by using secondary fire with the No collide player tool.
Rag mover
With this tool you can make different body parts move in a certain direction.
Just freeze your ragdoll first with the freeze command so you can work on it.
Just select keys, direction and force and then shoot at the limb you want to apply it on.

RagMod essentially allows you to become a ragdoll. You become ragdoll when falling, taking damage, going fast or optionally with a keybind. The addon is highly configurable and you can change all of the ragdoll triggers.
The addon also allows death ragdolls be replicated and synced to all clients.
ONLY HL2 RAGDOLLS ARE GUARANTEED TO WORK! Others might but most wont work

To become a ragdoll, type into console:
Replace the with any key you want to use as the ragdolling key
Get up from ragdoll mode, press your JUMP key.
Note that almost all of the features are configurable to your liking. All of the settings can be found below in the Configuring section
Press your CROUCH button to fly.
Use WASD to roll while you are in the ragdoll mode.
Press left and right mouse buttons to reach out with your respective arms.
While reaching, press your SPRINT key to grab small props near your hand.
This also drops the item if you already have an item in your hand.
By pressing left and right mouse buttons alternately you can swim
Enable door breaching from the settings (see below).
Run towards a door and rag before hitting it. If you are fast enough, you will break the door.
Open your spawnmenu with Q, on the right side you can see your tool menu. Select the «RagMod» tab from the top and then select «RagMod Settings».
All of the settings are now on the right.
After doing this you can also access the settings by pressing the «Context menu» key (Default C).
