Details of the issue Hi there,
I’m using Logic Servers to host a server. The server JAR is «FTB Latest Beyond v1.2.1.
I’, using curse to lauch the game. It states:
FTB Beyond: Version 1.2.1.
Minecraft Version: 1.10.2 (modded) forge- 12.18.3.2254.
The game detects the server but it states that it is still starting. I understand that this is an issue usually caused by the server/modpack not being the same type but from my pretty inexperienced eyes it looks correct.

So I upgraded the server to have 4gb RAM

Hey, i have a issue with «Connection throttlerd» message, after getting this message, my console client dont autorelog, my kick messages:

I have always much accounts online with console client, and after server restart, they all autorelog in same time, thats why connection throttled message shows up.

I believe he/she is referring to having multiple Console client windows open. With this, when a server restarts they all get disconnected at the same time, and attempt to reconnect at the same time.
Connection Throttled is appearing because the server you’re trying to connect to probably only allows 1 alt connection from your IP Address every few seconds to stop spam. Your alts are reconnecting too quickly.
The only current ways I can think of getting around that is through using different proxies or different MCC folders with different autorelog reconnect delays.
^ This is not a solution to the problem though, don’t take it like that. :p Just a tip.
