3D Stream Radio
The 3D Stream Radio is an spawnable scripted entity that allows you to play streams from the internet and local files in 3D world sound. You spawn it with the toolgun, which allows you to change the its settings aswell.

[MP3 Radio] Garry’s Mod Music Player
This Garry’s Mod Music Player works on both Servers and in Single Player
Songs can be played by anyone to themselves and admins or players with the password can play songs to everyone on the server.
GMMP will take songs from the garrysmod\sound\gmmp\ folder and allow them to be played in-game via the menu
Place your song files in this folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\sound\gmmp
If you do not have a \sound\gmmp folder then manually create them
Song names will not work if they contain period and a space or two spaces beside each other. For example, «DJ Snake ft. Justin Bieber» or «Drake Passionfruit» would need to be renamed to «DJ Snake ft Justin Bieber»/»Drake Passionfruit», blame Garry.
For other players to hear your music they need to (by whatever means) have the song with the same name in their garrysmod/sound/gmmp folder. There are a few different methods for doing this:
A. Upload your songs to the Workshop. Make an album of your own with your garrysmod\sound\gmmp\ folder and the music in it! Here’s a guide on how to make a workshop upload: https://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Workshop_Addon_Creation
B. Upload your songs to your server. Put them in garrysmod\sound\gmmp\, the same way you would add them to your own PC. Songs will be automatically added to the resource list by default

Be sure you are following the instructions properly
Try restarting the map and/or gmod after adding new songs
How do I loop music?
Put music you want to loop in the favorites list and turn on autoplay
Can I modify your addon and re-upload it?

Commands to manually give yourself radio items through console. (Not ideal for the server, just so you can see it work in singleplayer.)
ent_jack_job_drpearpiece (Spawns an earpiece, this item will make it so people who talk on the other side of your radio will not be heard through your own radio. It also allows you to talk on the radio without taking the radio SWEP out.)

Q&A:
Q: What is this addon and what does it do?
A: This addon is a radio system to be used in DarkRP, it comes with a radio and an earpiece. It allows you to talk to other people who also have a radio, both in text and voice chat.
Q: What’s the earpiece for?
A: By default you must have the radio out to use it, the earpiece allows you to not have it out, and still be able to use it. It also makes it so people around you can’t hear the other people talking or typing through your radio.
Q: How do I change channel?
A: Right click.
Q: My radio isn’t working.
A: It needs to be turned on first, press left click when you take it out, it will make a sound and show your current channel in the bottom right corner of your screen. Also make sure to use the same channel as your buddies.
Q: So you can type with the radio?
A: Yes the radio is both text and voice chat.
