A slightly higher pitched tire skid sound for a more realistic feel.
The original GTA V tire skids are way too low pitched in my opinion, so i highered the original files pitch slightly in Audacity, and here are the results.
Install:
Mods > x64 > Audio > sfx > RESIDENT.rpf > vehicles.awc
Right click vehicles.awc, export to openFormats. (I recommend exporting to your desktop)
Open the vehicles folder, and drag and drop all files in «replace these».
Now drag and drop vehicles.oac back into RESIDENT.rpf

Так называемые большие моды (или Overhauls) составляют лишь малую часть архива, однако именно они зачастую наиболее желанны для игроков, которые хотят полностью изменить свой игровой опыт. Дело в том, что в эту категорию попадают именно глобальные моды, создаваемые целыми командами мододелов, поэтому если вы хотите кардинально освежить игру, не устанавливая целую кучу всего, то наверняка заинтересуетесь этим разделом.
По отдельности собирать такую конверсию сложно, долго, да и непонятно, как это все в итоге будет работать, ведь моды не всегда полностью совместимы между собой. Именно поэтому лучше всего поискать один большой мод, где все составляющие уже подогнаны друг под друга.
Если же вы опытный пользователь, и любите разбираться в технических вещах, то и для вас найдется множество интересных модификаций. Наш файловый архив снабжен всем необходимым для работы с модами. Все они представлены на качественно оформленных страницах с возможность оставления комментариев, так что перед установкой очередного мода вы имеете возможность почитать отзывы других пользователей. This ped I have made combines most variations of gear and loadouts a SEAL member would have. Including diving gear, jungle gear, combat and night raid gear. Camos include, Black AOR2 AOR3 Multicam and Tricolour Desert(may add more in the future). Variations list is below

Replace all files in this location.
The Default replaced ped is s_m_y_swat_01 you can modify this to replace it to any other peds like s_m_y_marine_03

Addon Method:
1.Install https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector.
2.Place ped files to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\.
3.Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add ped in the list (navyseal)
