ABOUT
This mod comes in two flavors; a Serana replacer and a standalone follower. Both characters come with a FOMOD installer with multiple cosmetic options. They both use the standard UNP body and have the weight of 20, which is Serana’s default weight. I have only edited Serana’s appearance, nothing else is touched.
The follower version, Malora, is a nord vampire mage who can be found in the Nightgate Inn. She uses the sultry voice and is both essential and marriable. Like all my vampire followers, she is also fully compatible with mods like Bloodthirst.
COMPATIBILITY
Incompatible with all other mods that changes Serana’s appearance. Reported to work fine with both Serana Dialogue Edit and Marriable Serana.
INSTALLATION & REQUIREMENTS
Install using a mod manager of your choice, but I don’t recommend installing this manually unless you know what you’re doing. I recommend Relationship Dialogue Overhaul to make the most out of Malora’s voice type, but it is not required.

Q: Can you add/change/remove something?
A: Not unless there is an actual problem with my mod. This is my vision and I’m happy with it. I will absolutely not make any special versions for strangers on the internet. Please keep in mind that I do this for free and I have other things to do with my time than cater to other people’s specific tastes. That being said, I will most likely add some more options in the future.
Q: Help, she doesn’t look right!
A: Rearrange your load order, put this mod near the bottom, or reinstall. Take a look at your load order to see if any of your other mods might be incompatible with this one. Feel free to ask for help in the comments, but please save us both some time and do some troubleshooting on your own first!
Q: I cured Serana and she still looks like a vampire!
A: Because of how Bethesda made Serana, only her eye texture changes when cured of vampirism. If you chose to give her fangs and/or glowing eyes with this mod, simply run the installer again and choose the version without fangs and glow to make her look more human.

Keep in mind I don’t play SE myself and can’t offer much support for my SE conversions!
Any idea why my game CTDs when I try to talk to her? It happens about 50% of the time and I’m not sure if something else (avoidable) is causing it or if its entirely random, but it isn’t great with how much I have to talk to her.
I also have the dialogue addon for Serana so if you are certain it is not your mod I would be almost positive that its that one, just wanted to comment here too. Thanks
I posted on the other version about the CTD. *sigh* I had downloaded, didn’t run it right away as, yeah, I’m a noob to modding, so going slow and testing. Just got around to it when I posted. ROFLMMFAO. *sigh*

Thank you Pandorable! This is a wonderful version of Serana. I’m also using your Valerica and DB Initiates and love them as well. All the work I’ve seen from you here on Nexus has been top notch.
I would need a bit of help however, since I ran into an issue after the Dawnguard questline once I had Serana cure herself. I can’t figure out her eylashes and eyes are covered by transparent bluish/purple shapes, like this:

So I’m guessing I’m missing a texture for her human eyes? Could you help me figure out which texture I’m missing in order to make her human eyes look right, and could I maybe fix it by copying a replacement somewhere in the mod folder? Or whatever the filename and path may be that the game is looking for? I’m using MO2 and replacing textures in mods is usually easy, but this time I don’t know what I’m supposed to look for.

I have the same problem with her eyes AFTER she cured from vampirism.
Before the cure her eyes (still) look like the mod supposed to intended. (i loaded a earlier savegame to check)

I didn’t. Nobody seems to have an answer to the question of what the missing texture is supposed to be. Got no answers here and nothing helpful at Reddit either.
Only thing that I could do was to go back to an earlier save. I replaced the vampire eye texture that came in this mod with a renamed human one and just pretended she cured herself.
to bad. then i will not cure her either.
Next project is give her a nice cbbe body 😉
Alright. I found the fix.
I know it’s waaaaay overdue for this issue to have an answer,so here goes.I’ll give you a step by step way to fix it.
Step 1. Download a Serana mod which has a Serana after-cure replacer, apart from the vampire one. I used Seranaholic by rxkx22. The 1.7 or 1.8 will do.
Step 2. Install the replacer mentioned in Step 1.
Step 3. Download Pandorable’s replacer, and install it as well.
Step 4. Open XEdit/SSEdit. Yeah,we are going to have to manipulate some records.Bear with me though.
If I can do it,you can.
Step 5. Xedit will ask you which plugins to load.Load ONLY Seranaholic’s and Pandorable’s (Serana.ESP & PAN_Serana.esp).
Step 6. Click the + icon on Seranaholic’s ESP until you can see the Texture Set records.Press + on that and you will come across this little dude here:
Step 7. Do the same for Pandorable’s ESP. You’ll notice that if you compare the records under Texure Sets,the DLC1SeranaHumanEyes is missing from Pandorable’s ESP. Good work Sherlock. Have a cookie.
Step 8. Now comes the tricky part.
Right click on DLC1SeranaHumanEyes from Seranaholic’s ESP and click «Copy as a new record into. «
A new window will pop up,asking you to change the Editor ID. DON’T. Just press OK to continue.
ANOTHER window will pop up asking you if you are sure. Yea you are. Press OK.
AND ANOTHER window will pop up,asking you where to copy the record to. Select Pandorable’s ESP (PAN_Serana.esp)
You’ll notice that the record copied itself successfully on Pandorable’s. You crazy hacker you.
We’re halfway there.
Lastly (for the XEdit part) right click on the new copied record (DLC1SeranaHumanEyes in case I lost you through all of this. ) and click Change FormID.
Copy and paste the ID (those strange numbers and letters left of DLC1SeranaHumanEyes [check image above for reference]) from Seranaholic’s record to Pandorable’s.
You’re done. Almost. One more thing and you are ready to roll.
Close XEdit and save your new PAN_Serana.esp plugin.
Next, open the mod folders from both Seranaholic’s and Pandorable’s mods.
Step 9. In Seranaholic’s files, in textures\actors\character\Serana\eyes you’ll find (among other things. ) these two dds. files :

Установка:
1. Рекомендую с помощью мод-менеджера
2. Ручная: Копируйте файлы из папки Data в папку SkyrimData, а дальше файлы из папок, настраивающие внешность, которые выберите, по тому же пути.
Удаление:
Удалите те же файлы, которые копировали в SkyrimData
