2) Поместите все картs (их формат *.S2m) в «/Stronghold 2/Maps«папку.
3) Запустите программу установки. Для удаления мода, просто запустите программу удаления.
Основным направлением проекта является полностью заменить кампанию. 12 новых карт, новые брифинги, новые фоны, новые сообщения и звуки (в этой версии звуки не нашёл). Путешествие из Шира, в Ривенделл, горы в Мории. Затем вы будите путешествовать за Фродо и Сэма в Мордор, или с остальными через Helms Deep и Минас Тирит.

Данный мод вносит большое число полезных изменений в игру Stronghold Crusader. Основной целью мода было улучшение игры по параметрам: улучшение интеллекта компьютерного противника в сфере строительства своих замков, замена некоторой музыки, изображений в меню, новые карты, новые отдельные миссии. Но при этом постараться оставить ту особую атмосферу «Крестоносцев» за которую эту игру так полюбили!
Улучшение крепостей компьютерных противников не меняло их вид кардинально, а лишь улучшало надежность стен, башен и всего остального. Совершенно новый замок есть у Крысы. Там круглые башни, около стен стоят огненные баллисты. Все остальные замки не потеряли всех тех основных строительных особенностей их хозяев!
Модификацию обслуживает специальная программа, которая позволит вам настраивать мод на своё личное усмотрение.
Список изменений вносимых модификацией в оригинальную игру:
Установка: устанавливать строго на чистую игру(без модов и без старых версий этого мода) в папку Stronghold Crusader (Пример: C:\Games\Stronghold Crusader)

Сетевая игра: Версия мода 4.6.0 не совместима с предыдущими версиями модификации. Мод совместим по игре через интернет с обычной(без мода) игрой с патчем 1.41 (HD), если не использовать компьютерных противников и возможности со вкладки лаунчера «Дополнительно»

This Mod isnt about to change the Game in all manors, the most Natural Textures for example are going to stay as usual.
This mod is going to change all the stuff that doesnt fit into LotR which means all Military units and Castle walls too.
Sound stuff like the ingame anmbient, the music off course and unit speeches/Ai Lord speeches are the other Side of this mod.
Its also going to include a Ability for the player to choose as witch faction he wants to play.
At all some units are made for Human Factions Arnor and Gondor only while basycally each Faction uses archers.
Now you might be a bit confused about how a unit can look different for each player.
You do not need to be, the system is fully working right now and when we are about to release the mod there’s going to be some closer description on that.
As some people might know Firefly realeased Stronghold Legends as a steam edition. And as some rumors tell Firefly plans to do the same with Stronghold 2. I can’t take credit to the second thing.
There’s one last not i have to bring:
The mod for Stronghold 2 is in a high phase of development and a Huge part of it is already done.
I dont want to give any release date but I’m not thinking it’s going to be ready to release still this Year.

Version 0.831 of the Middle Earth Project mod, an overhaul for Crusader Kings 2. Full description below.
We’ve found the History overhaul to be a massive stumbling block for any further development of the mod and the New MEP team being, as we stand, unfit to complete it. With the lack of progress has come a lack of interest in whatever minor work we can do and feelings of disappointment and failure in ourselves. This all added together with the growing and widespread movement away from CK2 to CK3 has left us questioning further wheel spinning. As such we will be posting a final release with what work we’ve managed and unfortunately disbanding the team. This release should be the most playable yet and remain so for as long as ck2 is, especially in pre-10k years.
We hope you enjoyed the work we put forth over the last year and a half.
