1.0 Каждый пользователь при регистрации соглашается с данными правилами и обязуется их исполнять. Незнание правил не освобождает вас от ответственности!
1.1 Администрация проекта имеет полное право заблокировать ваш аккаунт за нарушение данного свода правил.
1.2 Администрация вправе вносить изменения в правила, не уведомляя при этом об этом участников.
1.3 Администрация оставляет за собой право очищать аккаунты, которыми не пользовались более 60 дней.
1.4 Администрация вправе наказать любой аккаунт без указания причины.
1.5 Зарегистрированный вами аккаунт это собственность проекта.
1.6 Все деньги, потраченные вами на донат услуги, считаются добровольным пожертвованием. Вернуть средства нельзя ни при каких условиях.
1.7 Администратор имеет право забанить или замутить по причине не указанной в настоящих правилах.
1.8 Запрещены попытки и угрозы взлома аккаунтов игроков или администрации проекта.
2.0 Игрок не имеет права материться (в том числе и завуалированный мат), оскорблять, унижать честь и достоинство кого-либо и т.п.
2.1 Запрещен спам, капс (сообщение, на 70% и более состоящие из букв в верхнем регистре), а так же флуд (флуд командами с помощью команд /me, /call и т.п.).
2.3 Запрещено публиковать рекламные тексты, рекламировать сторонние проекты, сайты (исключениями могут являться ссылки на информацию или на описание игры).
2.4 Запрещены угрозы, мольбы и т.п. в адрес Игроков и Администрации как на сайте, так и в игре.
3.0 Запрещено распространять информацию о багах, дюпах, недочетах и т.д. — обо всем этом необходимо сообщать администрации проекта лично.
3.1 Запрещено использование сторонних программ (трейнеров, читов, и т.п.), а также распространять о них информации.
3.2 Запрещено создавать мульти-аккаунты в целях получения дополнительных возможностей или избежания блокировки аккаунта.
3.3 Запрещено использовать, продавать, раздавать, обменивать предметы, которые были добыты нечестным путем (дюп* или баг), следует немедленно их уничтожить и сообщить администрации проекта.
3.4 Запрещено продавать или покупать у других игроков что-либо за реальные деньги, а так же приравненные к ним электронные платежные средства (WebMoney, Yandex Деньги и т.п.). Запрещено передавать, аккаунт другим игрокам и упоминать или вести обсуждение таких сделок в игре, на форуме, или на сторонних ресурсах.
3.5 Запрещено намеренное убийство игрока и нанесение ему урона любым способом в защищенной от PvP территориию
3.6 Запрещён обман связанный с игровым балансом, но наказание будет выдаваться только в том случае, если есть существенное доказательство.
3.7 Запрещено игрокам выдавать себя за администрацию, когда таковыми не являются.
3.8 Запрещено использование ников, схожих с никами администрации или содержащих нецензурную лексику и оскорбления.
3.9 За все ваше игровое имущество отвечаете только вы сами, в случае пропажи, Администрация не обязана возвращать Игроку его.
4.0 Запрещено обращаться к Администрации без крайней необходимости. Любое обращение к Администрации должно содержать четкое изложение проблемы пользователя или вопрос, касающийся конкретно работы сервера.
4.1 Запрещено неуважительное обращение к Администрации проекта.
4.2 Запрещено пререкание с Администрацией и оспаривание ее действий, а так же обман, карается баном аккаунта.
4.3 Запрещён ввод администрации в заблуждение.
5.0 Денежные средства, потраченные на любые услуги сервера, не возвращаются не при каких обстоятельствах, и считаются добровольным пожертвованием для развития проекта.
5.1 Попытки махинаций оплатами, или ввод Администрации в заблуждение наказываются баном без возврата средств.
5.2 Администрация имеет полное право на отказ в предоставление услуг по причинам: неадекватность, требование несуществующих услуг, наглеж, оскорбления, и т.д.
5.3 Предоставьте чек оплаты, если хотите написать Администрации о пропаже, непоявлении доната после покупки. Без данного подтверждения администрация вправе отказать Вам в предоставлении купленной услуги.
5.4 Администрация не обязана предоставлять доказательства нарушений донатера у которого сняли привилегию за нарушение выше указанных правил.
5.5 Перед покупкой донат-услуг, убедитесь, что Вы зарегистрированы на сервере. Иначе донат-услуга может быть не выдана.
